設施：廁所馬桶靠牆太近，房間充電口大部分鬆脱了
衞生：房間廁所都算乾淨衞生
環境：我住的一樓，外面早市的聲音會傳進房間
服務：沒什麼特別服務
重點便宜，可招待外賓的住宿很難找到性價比這麼高的名宿，性價比高

衞生：民宿打掃的很乾凈，雖然裝修有點老，但是衞生挺好。在華僑大學的後門，老闆服務也很好，這個價格畢竟優惠，按照這個價格，性價比很高
