Resort Hotel on the landscap

The room was very poor. The first room I was given when I first checked in was one that had been occupied by someone else and had not been tidied up. Later, when I changed to a room, there were fly larvae and hair in the bathroom. During the May Day period, I made a reservation with a premium of RMB 500, and on the day of check-in, the room rate became 200 RMB per day. Everything from the environment to the experience to the price-performance ratio is very poor. Not worth it, not worth it.

The room does not match the picture. It is huge and small. There is no place to store luggage. The surrounding shops are not open and there is no food. I will never come here again. I give one point to the front desk for their good service attitude.

The location of the hotel is very remote, it can be said that it is in the mountains in the city. The overall service level can only be called a hotel, not a hotel. The price of more than 300 yuan is really not worth it, and the price/performance ratio is very poor. I didn't experience any service throughout the whole process. The elevator didn't work when swiping the room card, the breakfast was sparse and greasy, and dust, dirt and watermarks that hadn't been wiped off for a long time could be seen on the mirrors in the room and bathroom. The soundproofing was poor. It was raining when I went there. There was a metal panel outside the room, so I couldn't sleep all night. I had to extend my stay because of training. I asked the front desk one day in advance that I could get a room, but I had to book it on Ctrip. I almost didn't have a room the next day. The experience was very bad, and the curtains couldn't even cover the light. All I can say is, for three hundred dollars, it’s better to stay in a four-star hotel outside.

I told the front desk but they didn’t give them to me in the end. 6. The room phone is broken and communication is impossible. It is very troublesome. It feels like the customers of this hotel are basically tour groups. Two tour buses came to bring many passengers that day. The price/performance ratio is very average. Hope everyone knows

The hygiene of the room was not good, there were urine stains on the toilet and dirt on the quilt. Disgusting.

房間好大。床鋪很軟，整體感覺乾淨衞生，住宿有免費的停車，停車場寬裕，適合自駕游來這裏，交通也還可以，離將軍祠站有1公里。酒店還設有免費spa和游泳場所，因為趕着出去玩，沒有來得及體驗，下次自駕游來廈門，一定還來這家店。

可能因為是考試期間價格從平時的一百多漲到快300，為了方便就勉強接受了，晚上發現房間床上卻爬滿黑色蟲子，我自己把蟲子從被子上抖掉，一段時間後黑色蟲子又出現在被子上，打電話給前台，我提出換房，但重新換的房子牆上黴，房間裏也有異味，最後衹能同意更換被套，但更換後黑色蟲子還是幾個，晚上11點了也衹能將就了，第二天還要早起考試，第二天地上還發現一衹大蜘蛛，配圖是我把蟲子抖掉後蟲子再次出現在被子的圖

天山泉温泉活水養生SPA:需要自帶泳褲，以及店裡的浴巾過去温泉那邊，感覺整體水質可以的。前台服務人員服務態度良好，過來也有積極認真服務。距離植物園也是確實很近的

不錯的酒店，環境清幽。附近有公交站，離BRT站點也不算遠，交通出行還是挺便利的。前台工作人員熱情有禮。滿意的入住，好評。
