The hotel is excellent, great service and staff, very nice room with free welcome snacks and great swimming pool, nice local restaurants nearby, would stay here again in the future

本次行程可以説是最大的糟點了，也不明白評分為啥會這麼高：1、行李車推過來，服務員站在一邊看我先生把大箱子從車上搬到行李車上，連搭把手都沒有；2、提前抵達酒店了，辦完訊息錄入並交完按金後，跟前台説如果打掃好房間了請電話告知我一下，結果下午三點後回酒店仍無電話聯繫，辦入住時問前台，説剛打掃好？？不是14:00入住嗎？3、辦理入住後，進房後發現無浴缸，感覺不對勁，一對比攜程圖片？這有一毛錢關係嗎，定的是高級套房，給的是B座高級套房，別看就差一個前綴，裝潢完全不一樣，後者裝潢類似於快捷酒店！如果不是我們發現也就這樣了！
4、更換後房間到了半夜三四點突然有噪聲，大人、小孩都吵醒了！第二天我們討論，懷疑隔壁是機房。
吃完早飯趕緊撤了，不推薦！

距離地鐵站不遠，周邊環境很好，有些吃飯的地方春節不開，所以早餐衹能點麥當勞，酒店早餐單價太貴了，讓人望而卻步，另外就是酒店游泳池衹能下午兩點到晚上八點使用，對外出旅遊就太不方便了，以至於沒有使用上。

酒店從開始就服務的比較差，什麼都談錢，拿個東西又問東問西小氣吧啦的，從來沒住過體驗感這麼差的酒店，網上掛出來的也與實際不符，價格不一樣卻説是一樣的房，

很不錯的一家老牌酒店，地理位置好，交通方便走路十分鐘就是地鐵口和海邊，服務態度優，訂房時訂的是低層，登記時跟前台服務員説想調高層，剛好有退出來一間馬上安排搶房調給我們[強]，入住時看飛機頭頂飛過還擔心晚上睡覺是否會吵，沒想到多慮了，非常安靜，早餐還不錯，品種還可再豐富一些，很好的一次入住體驗，下次會繼續選擇入住。
