this hotel adopts the smart home concept. the room can be voice controlled by xiao du xiao du to turn off the lights, close the curtain, turn off the tv, etc. the toilet is also equipped with Japanese style tech. the room is spacious and designer pays attention to detail such as lighting does not shine into the eyes when lying on the bed. the light ***** is bright enough and not dim. the shampoo and body wash are very good for my skin, moisturizing.
the buffet breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. there are lots of fruit. the seats are comfortable.
the staff are helpful and you can contact them easily via wechat.
the hotel is conveniently located in the center of the island, you can take the metro, buses to get to the popular attractions easily. there are also plenty of shared bikes around. the hotel is in a shopping mall, there is a supermarket on the second floor. there are plenty of eateries around.

Better stay than expected, I was worried about a windowless room in a converted mall, but room was clean & comfortable with good quality furnishings. Staff were excellent, especially the woman with glasses at front desk. Location is central (though not near tourist sites), few minutes to metro (exit 12)

The hotel is quite new. The location is good near to underground train station. The surrounding have many shops. I like the room with AI features.
They also allow us to put luggage after check out until evening time. Overall is good, I will booked again if I go to Xiamen.

Location is good. Near Metro Station LuCuo, an interchange of Line 1 and 2.
Just behind the hotel block, there are many local deliciou food shops where one can have a good dinner and happy hours.
Hotel room is pleasant, layout is perfect. The only thing missing is the smile on the face of the staff. Had this element been present, this would be a very pleasant hotel to stay.

I ended up cancelling my booking after arrival and inspection of the rooms. The manager /boss was actually smoking right outside the main door, and the room I was assigned to had the stench of smoke surrounding it. I couldn't even step into the room and requested a room change. I was changed to a room next to the kitchen and adjacent to about 10 washing machines lol. If u can handle smoke and this kind of environment, then definitely go for it. The staff were kind and pleasant , and understood my concerns and I declined to stay there , requested a full refund which was agreed too as well. (mind u I was exhausted after several hours of air travel, and the airline broke my baggage etc, yet I would not dare to rest in this kind of environment). If they improve hygiene and smoke issues this part, it can be a great hotel.
