I like this dark style hotel. However, apart from the reception desk, the room size and the facilities, everything else is just average. The reception desk upgraded me to a new room and there was a scale in the room. I like this a lot. However, at night, my friend's car needed to be taken to the hotel basement, but the concierge at the door was nowhere to be seen. It made our car parked on the sidewalk, which was very embarrassing.

The experience of staying at Guangcheng Hotel was very good. First of all, the lady at the front desk is very friendly and has a very strong ability to handle public relations, which made us feel the enthusiasm of Xi'an people at once. Secondly, the children in the parent-child theme suite are very satisfied, they like it very much, and they live very happily. A small tent is their own world for children. In the end, I ordered a lot of takeaways, both useful and food. The hotel arranged for a robot to deliver it to the door. The child was very excited and curious, and kept asking me how the robot got on the elevator and how did it know which room I stayed in, haha. The robot sends things to avoid embarrassment and increase the baby's happy mood. In addition, there is an open-air garden and a large swimming pool on the 5th floor, where you can take your baby to play in the water and swim.

Despite the conditions of the facility which is not in top shape, I would consider staying in this hotel again nextime around. The only reason for this is due to outstanding services provided by the receptionists, and especially a young female receptionist who was on duty early in that morning(11/3). My Alipay and WeChat pay accounts were suspended for no reason, and because of that I couldn't call/reserve a taxicab on my own. I really appreciated her help getting a taxicab for me.

The smell of incense in the store is so good! My mother and I like it very much, the smell of calming and helping sleep. When checking in, I was very lucky. Xiao Gu upgraded our room for free, so happy! It's more convenient here. We can walk to the Bell and Drum Tower the next day. You can also see a small garden on the fourth floor, and the night view is beautiful. The room is large and tidy, and the automatic toilet is really to my liking! And the blackout curtains are also very considerate! I really want to give a good review!! If I come to Xi'an again in the future, I will definitely book accommodation here again. 💯💯
