So amazing view of the Albert Dock

The bed was super comfy, friendly staff etc. although we asked for a later checkout and was informed we could only have one hour later, which makes no sense for such a big hotel. And despite our later checkout the housekeeping woke us up at the crack of dawn

Very good location just a 2 minute walk to the docks or 5-10 minutes to the town centre. Hotel staff very friendly, the room was as expected and the breakfast had an excellent choice of both hot and cold food. Will definitely use the hotel again next time I'm in Liverpool

The hotel was ideally situated where we didn't have to walk far to the venues which were approx 6-10 minutes walk. The hotel has a large underground car park that kept our car safe and secure, not many hotels have a bar and seating for guests which we thought was convenient, the room was modern, very clean and loved the high pressure shower that is adjustable, breakfast was lovely we prefer a full English with all the trimmings, though there is the continental option and as it was a buffet we ate as much as we pleased. Lots of things to do and see in Liverpool and a large shopping centre that we discovered on our way back from the Cavern club and eateries on the dock side All in all a brilliant first stay in this hotel and 2nd time in Liverpool...oh and a shout out to the receptionist who helped me with our parking, very patient. We are planning our next stay at this hotel for the near future.

The room was very, supportive and friendly staff. Check in was very smooth. Nice bar for a drink. The environment was easy to find. Parking was pricy though. But there was a cheaper parking just few minutes walk away

It was a lovely stay but breakfast time was very hectic the layout was very different to other Hampton Hilton hotels which we’ve stayed in.

The interior was clean. However, it's far from the station and about a 4-5 minute walk from the bus stop. The view was beautiful since it's located by the sea.

Hotel had provided basic needs. Bed comfortable, easy access to City centre. Breakfast was good, with nice variety of hot abd cold buffet options.

We had a great time. Good location, even better staff. All of them were helpful and hospitable. Highly recommend. The breakfast spread was nice too

I booked the cheapest plan, which was a double room, and since I was traveling alone, I had plenty of space. The front desk staff were all very kind and friendly. I stayed for two nights, and they even tidied up the room midway, so it was always clean. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, so it's a shame I couldn't have it on the second morning due to my flight schedule. I wish there had been slippers in the room.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
