I only had the breakfast a couple of times, but they had a really good selection. The teatime and the welcoming fruit were a nice touch along with the gift upon check-out. I was already traveling overseas and needed to wait a full week to get into my apartment. Everything including the laundry, gym, lobby waiting area, and housekeeping service was good. I did not use the foot spa access on the second floor, but I plan to go back to the area since I’m transitioning into the city. Very clean and cute decorations. The only way out was to keep my nose away from the pillow. I did not want to report more issues to reception and decided to leave it since I was only there for one night. My friend on the other hand, had a stunning room with zero issues. Our rooms were right opposite each other but I guess I was just unlucky. The breakfast did not have a variety of Western food and there was very little to choose from. The hotel itself is classy.
