Service is good despite checking in at late hour. There’s some construction around but it’s still ok. There’s a train station within 1 min walk from hotel.
Hotel entrance is a 1 min walk from the main road. And there’s a 24 hour convenient store next to the hotel.

Great service at both the reception and breakfast station. Heavy duty washing machine and dryers for clothes available. Train station is 3min away. Bed is comfy, good quality toiletries available. Do note when going to the hotel for the first time, there is no porch area, main door is a min walk from the carpark/main road

Excellent location. Easy access. Walk 3 minutes to Exit A of Municipal Library Subway Station (Line 2). 5 stations to Xi'an North High-speed Railway. 35 minutes by taxi to the airport. Supermarkets/convenience stores/hot pot/Hunan restaurants are all within easy reach. There is also a good blind massage parlor opposite the hotel. Big room/new facilities. The breakfast environment is elegant and comfortable. Only the food has room for improvement. The hotel staff is well trained. In particular, the front desk manager/Miss Xixi and the team provided high-standard concierge services. It is worthy of being a brand owned by Hyatt.

The room is large in size. The room is very clean and neatly arranged. The sheets and quilts are clean. The mattress is very soft and the bedding is excellent. I will come again next time! Highly recommended, pretty good!

The hotel is great and the location is very good. There is Metro Line 2 not far downstairs and it is convenient to go anywhere. Although it is behind an office building, it is not noisy at all. Highly recommended, I will stay here again next time I come

The room was very clean, high-end, and the supporting facilities were all tasteful. I booked it for the second time. As it was the last day of the trip, I chose a location close to the station so I could sleep more. The lady at the front desk specially upgraded the room for us. There is a refrigerator in the room, which is really practical in summer. There is a food court downstairs. No matter when you come to stay, you can find something to eat downstairs. No need to walk far. The girl at the front desk who checked out the next day, Xixi, was very cute.
