不知道為什麼前台説要十二點退房，但是平台顯示説是可以兩點退房，最後還是別的顧客説就是可以用積分換延遲退房，前台説她不知道？而且我用積分換了免費升級房型但是他沒有給我升級，這都是次要的，我進去剛進去打開房間門就一股粉塵味，感覺這個房間都有一個星期沒有住人了，而且凳子上桌子上衣架上我用手輕輕一摸都是灰，我也不知道平常打掃衞生都是怎麼打掃的，這都還行反正我自己用毛巾擦一下也行，床上不知道為什麼有頭髮很多根十幾根有了，而且躺在上面很癢，我最後沒辦法用浴巾墊在床上才睡着，我不知道我後續皮膚會不會出現什麼問題，我在這裏埋雷了，到這裏我已經接受不了了，後面最炸裂的是，我和我朋友準備出門的時候，前台把我的門打開了？！！我靠我幸虧穿的衣服，門外男的女的都有？什麼情況？我要是在洗澡呢？什麼意思？自己不知道這個房間有人嗎？我要是出門了開我房間東西丟了怎麼辦呢？這樣誰還敢住酒店啊我靠！
