Got a free upgrade to a bigger room. The concierge lady 小亢 has given great services during our stay. They had even given us free fruit (laichi) which tasted very well!

The room is extremely clean. I really appreciate the service of the front desk staff, who are polite, friendly and helpful.
The hotel is close to the metro station and outlet mall, which is a huge plus.

I am an American living in China, which can be challenging when you don't speak the native language. The people at this hotel were AMAZING. There were several English speakers, and they did a superb job making us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the views were breathtaking, and the amenities are great! I recommend staying here! The staff was first-rate!!!

外立面看着還是很不錯的，畢竟大門掛着北京大學光華管理學院的門頭。但是內裝還是能看出非常明顯的歲月痕跡。房間中規中矩，但是設施比較老化，洗手盆龍頭已經開始搖晃，馬桶返味。早餐品類較少，感覺沒什麼吃的。對面就是王府井奧萊，不過品牌不多

臨潼悦柳酒店離兵馬俑和華清宮景區很近，五一大假提前一天入住酒店，第二天上午去兵馬俑遊客不多，晚上看了長恨歌回到酒店也很方便。送了歡迎水果，提前鋪好了小沙發，停車免費，早餐的迷你肉夾饃和胡辣湯很好吃，住在臨潼性價比高，值得推薦
