The management of the hotel is chaotic. One of the three elevators can be used without swiping the card, which poses a huge safety risk. The room smelled bad, and the hot water was unstable. There are few breakfast service staff and they cannot clean up the garbage in time. The price is high and inconsistent with reality, the price/performance ratio is not high, and it is not worth recommending.

As a hotel person, the newly renovated hotel doesn't smell too bad, the breakfast is delicious, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation is better than 90% of hotels! The facilities and equipment are relatively complete and pretty good, but the paper felt a bit thin, and then the air conditioner would suddenly make an abnormal noise. It was like this for two days. The attitude of the service staff was average and not outstanding! In fact, with some training, you can do better, and overall, it’s still worth the money!

The location is at Zhongshan Gate. It is very convenient to go to Yongxingfang to eat various snacks. You can climb the city wall nearby. There are bicycle rentals on the city wall, and you can ride around the city wall. Going to other places requires taking a car. The hotel lobby is spacious, with a seating area and coffee. The corridor is spacious and the room is large and comfortable. The electric curtains didn't work, but I called the waiter and they fixed it. The shower worked great. There is also a laundry room with three sets of washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient. Breakfast was ok. The front desk clerk will take the initiative to say hello.

There are no supporting facilities in the hotel! The air in the room is fresh and the temperature is suitable! I like the scented stone and the coffee hand pot. Although I don’t have time to enjoy it, it’s comfortable to look at😁...I like the furry floor mat in the shower, it feels very good! The higher the water pressure of the overhead sprinkler, the better it would be! When checking out, the little girl at the front desk brought mineral water, which was warm and thoughtful! You can choose when you come to Xi'an again!

We were taking our children and originally planned to stay near the Bell Tower. We randomly saw this hotel and the location was very convenient. To go to Bell Tower and Muslim Street, taking a taxi is about the starting price, which is very cost-effective. Yongxingfang is just outside the door. You really don’t have to worry about eating. There are many delicious restaurants. It's a newly opened hotel with new facilities and large rooms. The long-haired floor mat in the shower room is particularly comfortable. I seem to have only seen it in star hotels before. There are also crystal stones in the room to help you sleep, which is very good. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, has a good attitude, and responds promptly.

第三次來西安選擇了這家新開的桔子水晶，離永興坊特別近，很方便，門口的羊肉泡饃也超級好吃，因為是新開的從大堂到室內裝修都很好，房間內的裝修和色調都都很好看讓人很舒適，智能配備現在已經是標配了也都很方便。房間很寬敞，有雙人的小茶几和凳子，兩個人吃外賣喝奶茶十分愜意。辦入住和退房的美女帥哥態度都特別好，樓層的保潔大姐也很負責，退房時臨走了還會貼心的詢問要不要水之類的，下次來還會住在這裏。

酒店就在西安城牆附近，去永興坊也非常方便，酒店房間乾淨衞生，房間空間也很大，前台服務非常好。帶着長者和孩子一起，住得舒心 住得放心。退房的時候還送了小禮物 孩子也特別開心。

設施：非常好，每次出遊必住桔子水晶，從來不會踩雷！太喜歡了，住的都不想回家了， 衞生：帶着寶寶特別安心 環境：完全沒的説！安心踏實 服務：孩子説想吃甜甜圈，前台姐姐就給拿了個甜甜圈，我們晚上切西瓜，都快十二點了，還特別耐心的給我們切好端來，一如既往的支持喜愛！

服務：第一次來西安，網上訂的酒店，沒有想到這個價格能訂到這麼好的酒店，環境，設施都行新，很乾凈，服務很好，印象相當不錯。從入酒店開始到今天離店，酒店服務人員都相當的好，在這裏特別感謝前台的小吳先生，服務很好，替客人也想的很周道！謝謝🙏
