Lantu Hotel

I stayed in this apartment on a business trip and the duvet cover was not changed for several days. I would not change it until I asked for it. I also wanted to earn parking fees. I was really speechless.

Poor hygiene and poor service. I have never had such a bad experience. I have to spend money to pay for it.

There are no sockets on the sofa, which is very inconvenient. The TV basically requires membership, so you can't watch anything. There is no bedside table beside the bed. There is only one light in the whole bedroom, which is very uncomfortable. There is not even a night light. There is only one socket on the bed, and it is not close to It's very far. The towel sheds lint, the quilt cover is not clean, and the toothbrush sheds a lot of lint. See the picture for the rest.

1. No check-in instructions are given before checking in the guest room. There are multiple entrances and exits when entering the community after arriving. Access control is required to enter the gate. You need to wait for other people to enter before you can enter, or you need to find a gate guarded by security before you can enter; 2. After checking in, the front desk did not tell you how to find the room. The room location needs to be reached by reaching the floor and passing through the passage connecting the other end; 3. The furniture in the room is dilapidated, the sofa in the living room is sagging, the single stool in the side hall has uneven legs, the mattress in the room is sagging, and the upper lighting in the toilet bathing area is damaged; 4. There are many footprints on the wall of the room, the bed frame and backrest are yellow and stained, the sheets have pen scratches, and the pillowcase has blood stains; 5. Front desk staff smokes at the front desk.

First of all, the front desk is hard to find. The rooms are in a mess. There are about ten rooms in total on different floors. The smell in the room is very strong, and there is a smell of brain oil on the pillow. I was originally planning to stay for two days, so I decided to change rooms.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is the biggest difference between the hotel in the online picture and the hotel in person. If I hadn't been too lazy to run, I would have definitely changed to another hotel. 1. The environment is extremely poor, just paint the walls of a shabby apartment 2. Very noisy 3. The furniture is all the cheapest 4. There is a smell when the air conditioner is turned on. When the refrigerator is opened, there is a smell of pineapple. It is probably left by the previous tenant. I appeal to everyone not to stay there! Very bad experience and loss of face!

I originally checked out at 1 o’clock and told the front desk to delay it to 2 o’clock, the assigned room type was very hot in the west, and later changed to another room type, and the lady at the front desk had a good service attitude 👍

There are parking spaces, not completely free but understandable, the environment is quiet, you can't get to the room when you order takeaway, you have to go to the security guard to get a sense of safety, the front desk service likes 👍, the general requirements are not high, and the satisfaction is good.
