一個字“坑”，到了酒店問可不可以辦入住，讓加微信聯繫，聯繫就套路喊我升級房間，我説我先看一下房間，聯繫人説房間看不到沒有打掃出來，發了一個很簡短的視頻，我也説了我們一大家人有長者有孩子，孩子12歲了，聯繫人給我説的沒問題住的下，反正2點不給我們辦入住，給我們説下午直接就在微信上辦入住。我們就出去玩了，到了下午4點問房間收拾好沒可不可以入住了，還是不行，我就給她説我們不升級房間了，就要我們之前的房間，下午在手機上辦理入住，按金轉了，過了6點後，我多問了幾句就讓我退房，晚上回去了一看還升級的房間，2張床1張沙發，根本就住不下，我們之前訂的房間4張1米8的床。大家想一想這幾天在西安不提前訂房間有沒有房間住，今天退了房必須要我給好評才退按金，不然按金就當補房間的差價。唉，嚴重懷疑好評是刷出來的。體驗不好服務極差，還要我違心給好評做不到。

很奇怪的，我們是提前一天預訂的房間，也看到了房間圖片和視頻，感覺很不錯，適合一大家出行入住的。可能是我們運氣不好，也不知道平台和商家怎麼溝通的，我們下午六點多到達酒店，竟然沒有房間！更有意思的是沒有我們預訂的房間，火急火燎打掃了一個房間，竟然衹有一張床，我們預訂的是樓上樓下四張床的，有心的商家給我們湊合了兩個氣墊床（還告訴我們加床本該收費的，好玩嗎？）。運氣還真不好，房間竟然沒有水，説是維修，通知晚上十一點半來水，十二點還沒有來，為了鍛鍊身體，我們跑到商場上廁所，自己買水回來洗臉。半夜想喝瓶水都沒有，大美西安一場大雪天寒地凍的氣温好低。商家説有中央空調，設計就是奇葩，閣樓的人熱感冒，樓下的凍感冒。運氣真的太不好了，酒店沒有停車場，地庫停車一晚上收費六十塊，真行！很無語的，咱們運氣不好，還是早早離開換酒店了。**平台，還18點不能退單，真心割客户和商家的韭菜一點都不臉紅！
