To be honest the hotel was amazing, nothing to complain. The workers were kind and humble. Especially the receptionist (Mert) and all the spa workers treating us very good, they did a great job. But I’m very disappointed with the owner for his bad attitude and disrespectful towards me. Few words to describe him and what happened - drama king, no manners, such a dumb and brainless guy, not capable to be a owner for that hotel. Need some education for him, I’m very disappointed with him for being very rude and showing disrespect to me for nothing.

Overall the room is very cozy. It has a modern interior concept. Very spacious and the comfortable. They too have a wide selection of breakfast spread. BUTTT! had d worst experience with the staffs there. Their receptions not welcoming. The shuttle service was bad as well, they do not have a good system, be prepared to be left 1hr thinking that the shuttle will come and fetch u as they promised but nvr come. Reason being: will caught in jam. (What they shld atleast advice us was to take our own transport as they are are unable to do so) but instead they mentioned driver on the way but when make another call, they say driver is resting. Grrrrr

The location is not good, but a taxi-like shuttle takes you from Taksim Square to and from the hotel in 3 minutes.
If you call from Taksim Square, wait at the place where you dropped off and it will come back to you.
The facility is very clean and cleaned daily.
There was nothing particularly uncomfortable, but the friend at the reception is not friendly. Everyone else is very friendly.
I don't know because I didn't use the breakfast.
The room is very spacious, pleasant and comfortable, but there is noise outside because it is on the second floor.

A super nice and well-kept hotel. For me even a 5 star hotel for the standard in Turkey.
What I have to point out is the free VIP shuttle to Taksim Square. Even if you don't have much time in Istanbul, you should definitely visit the wellness area. The employees are very tidy at work throughout the hotel and also very attentive. You can't go wrong with this hotel.

Had a great stay. For a person that travels a lot like me I have to say that the hotel food here was was the best I ever had. Rooms are clean and comfortable, fluffy but not too fluffy. I didn’t had time to check out the swimming pool but the hotel and it design is like from the future.

This hotel is the best you can ask for in istanbul. Regarding how close you are to the center. How Profesional they are is second to none. 100%. I would reccomend this Hotel to anybody visiting whether it's for travel with family or just a trip for a procedure. I've been to plenty of different hotels in turkey and this is absolutely the only choice I will make from now on. I honestly must mention the exemplary service and white glove like treatment of these following employees. - Atoosa - ECE - Ramis I recommend a promotion and raise for all 3 of these employees.

I prepaid for the hotel with Priceline. When i checked intot he hotel they asked for my credit card and charged me for the night. i said I prepaid, they said don't worry the charge did not go through. Og course the paperwork was in Turkish so i had to believe them, even though i googled it and it did not day cancelled. I get home and check my credit card statement amdf yes i was charged. So i paid Priceline for the hotel n9ght and NAZ Hotel,,,,thay away from them. Also they cvalled my a taxi to take me to the airport. Prearranged price . Well that the end of the trip the4 guy charged me the pre arranged price, plus an not discussed "COMMISSION". The total was w3erll above what I paid for the trip from the airport tyo the hotel. Tris Hotel to airport (arranged by hotel) was significantly higher. have to assume the distance was the4 dsame. Stay away!!!!!
