入住一晚體驗感差死了，被褥都是潮濕的，樓上是棋牌室凌晨一兩點男男女女嘻嘻哈哈聲音特別大，我們去前台2次沒能得到解決，孩子也沒休息好，第二天我們出去吃飯前台怕我們退房時間回不來讓我們提前把行李拿到前台，因時間未到我們還續了鐘點房，結果我們回來我們沒退的房已經入住客人，續的鐘點房客人還在睡覺也沒退房，管理混亂，我放置行李時頭撞到了拐彎的樓梯下面，那個位置根本不會注意到，他們也不提醒，我頓時感到頭暈，輕度。所以大家千萬別選擇這個酒店。角度問題疙瘩摸起來很大很疼

距離西安北站非常近，出站步行或者坐一站地鐵，出來，5分鐘就到。新建的住宅，全屋智能，非常乾淨整齊、高大上。六個人入住都足夠，我們一家四口入住，孩子們住進來就不想出門旅遊啦，店家還特別熱情，沒有續住上，店家就給我推薦他們的其他類型房間，每間房型都不一樣，來西安旅遊入住體驗最好的一次，特別難忘。

孩子特別喜歡，很智能，不停地喊小度，酒店離地鐵站很近，出口就到了，到西安北就一站路，很適合坐早班高鐵或者晚班到達高鐵
