據説新裝修的酒店，不過入住後發現其實只是廁所裝修了，房間條件相對一般，結構傳統，還比較合理。房間一般但是睡好覺還是可以的，床墊舒服。書桌對我始終是必要和重要的，桌子挺大，辦公舒服。
攜程一積分換了一份水果，福建的酒店茶台茶葉都不缺，喝茶吃果悠哉悠哉。
早餐很不錯，中式樣式比較多，西餐種類相對少些，福建湯麪米粉必須有。

酒店位於武夷山市中心，交通方便，一下高速10來分鐘左右就到達酒店，我們晚上10點的樣子到達，前台2位漂亮小姐姐接待，聲音清澈委婉。酒店衞生整潔乾淨，停車🅿也非常方便。出門就是街道菜場買點東西非常方便。

先表揚部分。酒店的位置挺不錯，算是當地地標建築了。滴滴司機都説市區內也就是這家酒店算可以的了。但是和度假區比的話，還有很大的進步空間。酒店裡麪都翻新了，衞生間是不錯的，但是部分傢俱很久，比如電話機。記錯日期了，去玩回來發現我已經過了退房的時間，然後酒店都訂滿了，不能續住了。前台姑娘也説不要緊的，然後讓我先上樓去收拾東西再退房，比較人性化。
但需要改進的地方很多。1.作為一家四星的酒店，門口的兩個吸煙亭形同虛設，一個這麼大的酒店，只有電梯內粘貼了禁止吸煙標誌。然後前台，大廳，宴會廳，都可以看到客人隨處吸煙，沒有人上前勸説，對於我們這種被迫吸二手煙的人來説太痛苦了。2.服務員的服務意識不夠。我當初訂房是沒有大床房，就先訂了雙床，入住一天發現睡得很不舒服，就打電話和前台説我想換大床房。前台説第二天才知道情況。然後第二天就沒消息了，也不知道班班交接了沒有，還是説就這樣應付顧客了，如果是沒有房間可以換了或者需要加錢的，也應該告知一下客人吧。同時，入住期間服務員是不會主動打招呼的，但是這個是縣城裡酒店的普遍現象。3.入住的歡迎水果很有特點。入住第一天送了兩個香梨，第二天送了一個蘋果和一個香蕉，第三天沒有了。可能第二天的蘋果和香蕉是多給的吧。4.早餐品種較豐富，但是味道相對一般。5.説下隔音吧，房間隔音還可以。但是房間門不行，開門的時候，房間門如果不拉好，就直接砰的一聲，門像炸了一樣。睡覺的時候，隔壁的門這樣關了一次，我房間的床都震了。總的來説，入住不算滿意，所以評分偏低。

酒店在市區，離景區有些路程，但是交通還是比較方便的，周邊吃的也比較多。前台服務熱情，房間衞生乾淨整潔，房務大姐服務熱情，送東西很及時，非常滿意，點贊👍🏻5樓還有自助洗衣房，解決了洗衣服的大問題，非常棒！！
