Hotels in Caidian District, Wuhan

I chose this hotel because I was attending a concert. It's conveniently located next to a subway station, just one stop away from the stadium. Alternatively, it's about a 25-30 minute walk, so after the concert, I didn't have to worry about transportation and could easily walk back to the hotel to rest. The lobby staff even thoughtfully offered water to guests returning from the concert, which was a very considerate touch. I booked a basic room but received a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The freshly made noodles for breakfast were also quite good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is fantastic, with all the facilities very spacious and with 6-star service. I commend the employee Cora Cheng for her attentive service and cordiality.

It is very convenient to see the concert. The front desk lady also sent a sticker for free. The craftsmanship is superb. The people are very Nice.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Wuhan Sports Center, and very convenient for watching football games and concerts. The service provided by the front desk guys and girls is great, the room is very clean and soundproof, and the overall experience is very good. I like the hotel's decoration style and the rich breakfast variety!

The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch; every corner was sparkling clean. All the amenities provided were brand new, which was very reassuring to use. The location is superb, with easy access to various dining and shopping options nearby. It's also conveniently close to the subway station, making getting around a breeze. I'll definitely be back!

The building is conveniently located if you need to go to the sport center, it is also a few steps away from a Wanda mall. However the room smells bad, a mixture of mold and cigarette even with the window open all day. To my opinion the bathroom should be re-built or truly deep cleaned. The quality of people living around is not good, not very clean and very loud at any time of the night, unfortunately the wall and door is terribly isolated so you will hear everything. For light sleeper like me it is very uncomfortable. I have to say tho that the concierge woman was very understanding and kind, she is also able to speak English. A positive point just for her good service !!

We both thought this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in after 15 plus trips to china. The staff, especially on reception, namely Cilia,Wendy and Nancy, spent 45 minutes trying to arrange a driverless taxi to take us to one of the holiday destinations and in the end used their own money ( we repaid them). The food was excellent quality and the rooms were fantastic. ``````````fridge, balcony with clothes stand for drying gear. The swimming pool was lovely and barely used but clean and tidy. Location was ace a very short walk to the subway and easy access to the whole of wonderful Wuhan.

The environment is good, the front desk service attitude is good, and there are surprises for the children after check-out. However, the service at the breakfast front desk needs to be strengthened. It looks like everyone is going to eat at her house, and the tone and expression are all owed to her!

I lived in this Atour in Wuhan for half a month due to work reasons. First of all, the staff were very enthusiastic. Every day, they would take the initiative to ask if the clothes needed to be cleaned. When they passed the front desk, they greeted them warmly every time. When I was two days ago, I suddenly felt a little dizzy. I didn’t work. So I called the front desk to borrow an individual thermometer. After the front desk sent it to me, I also took two anti-burn stickers for me. It was really detailed. The temperature was indeed a bit hot after the measurement. I felt a little stuffy in the room and went to the lobby. The front desk saw me sticking anti-burn stickers. I went to prepare a cup of honey water for me, saying that if I was still not comfortable behind, I would call them at any time. There were people 24 hours a day. To be honest, I was a little lonely when I was on a business trip in Wuhan and I was sick. But the staff of Atour really made me feel very touched.
