I chose the large standard room and stayed for three days, and it was really great. The location is excellent; it's very convenient to transfer to subway lines to Wuchang and other tourist attractions in Wuhan. It only takes 40 minutes to get to the airport (Line 2). The decor is very new. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes in the hallway... which was torture for non-smokers 😮💨

This is a new hotel and is very close to the Hankou Railway Station and Metro. All the rooms and facilities are located only on the 6th floor above a mall. The decor of the hotel is very modern and nice. The rooms are reasonably sized and well furnished. The staff of the hotel were friendly and courteous. The breakfast menu was good with Chinese and some Western and freshly brewed coffee. As it was still spring season, the air-conditioning was not turned on. I had to firmly request the hotel to turn the a/c on when one of the days the temperature reached 35 deg C. They finally did. And it was good.

The restaurant's service staff is friendly and always cleans the table for guests in time, making people feel happy when dining. During my stay, the hotel's service staff always maintained a high degree of enthusiasm and professionalism. Whether it was room cleaning, item needs or consultation issues, they could get quick and satisfactory responses. It is a hotel worth staying in.

Traveling through, I stayed at this hotel. Its location near the train station was quite convenient, and the staff were friendly. However, the first room I had, while it had a window, it opened right onto a stairwell landing, so ventilation was poor. I later switched to a windowless room. Because it was cold, the central air conditioning was set to heat. Even with the AC set to cool in the room, it didn't help; it was so warm I couldn't sleep. The front desk provided a fan, which I had to use all night. But there was another issue that left a bad taste. I stayed for two nights and changed rooms, but I left an item in the old room. After spending a night in the new room, I remembered the forgotten item. I asked the front desk to check with housekeeping if they'd seen it. They informed me that someone had already checked into my old room and that they would check later to see if it was still at the lost-and-found. As I had a train ticket booked for the same day to my next city, I had to leave and await news. Eventually, they found it, and the hotel sent it to us via cash-on-delivery. What was disappointing was that the staff didn't seem to acknowledge any oversight in their work or offer any apologies for the trouble. So, this hotel lost some points for that.
