因為我們是農民工，空調安裝的，到酒店的時候身上有點臟，到酒店開房的時候登記的時候服務員的那個表情真不是好看，完全是敷衍態度…這就是房間的環境

前台的服務態度差。入住的時候不提前告知超時收費這一項，等第二天退房的時候説辭衹要超時（不足一小時也要）就要收費20元，沒有提前告知，這是其一，在不提前告知情況下也不打退房電話，不詢問顧客是否退房，等着顧客超時進行收費，這是其二，退房時強行加收房款，在顧客詢問其為什麼不提前告知也不打退房電話時，臉色難看，默不作聲，這是其三，入住時交了200按金，若須扣錢，可直接在按金里扣，前台自己也説是電腦在計時，若是電腦操作為什麼不直接從按金扣，而且要求我們另外掃前台的個人收款碼付錢，為什麼進行別的消費（用了房間裏的一些付費用品）就可以從按金里扣，很難讓人懷疑這所謂超時收款的正當性，這是其四。

入住政策寫的閃住，到店仍以其他藉口收取按金，前台態度惡劣直接來句：你們要不要住？那你們取消訂單吧。房間裏電視是壞的叫了人修半天還是打不開，防盜鏈是壞的，浴缸是壞，一次性拖鞋和梳子沒外包裝（上波客人剩的？？），床頭都發黴了，這酒店也真是搞笑了😂
