Disappointing. Firstly, there was a great deal of coldness and suspicion towards me, perhaps because I am a foreigner, during the very long and painstaking check in. Brace yourself for a scrutinising examination add photocopying of your passport, health check, visa, travel and country entry dates, phone details, recent history, etc. It felt like an embassy. The front desk was not polite either. Not welcoming, no smile. Great. I'm the one under suspicion? I thought coming to Wuhan would have been an olive branch.... Anyway, the "window" faces a wall about 30cm away, the amenities are sp****, the air conditioning is filthy (don't look at it - it'll give you asbestos-related nightmares). It's cheap but should be at least 20% cheaper. Not so much Charm at E-Charm.

前台小姐姐服務很好，很有耐心，問小姐姐問題小姐姐也會耐心回覆。還會推薦我們去哪玩性價比高，真的很不錯👍房間設施也還挺不錯衞生也很乾凈。酒店整體風格偏簡約風。

很不錯，訂酒店之前看了很多評論，糾結的要死……屬於那種又沒錢又想挑一下的人😂因為覺得床浴室廁所都是很私人的東西選酒店真的圓了超級無敵久，最後訂了這家，還好沒讓我失望，比我之前看的差評的情況好多啦！

設施：非常老舊，房頂甚至有深黑色的痕跡。我有一個影音房，幕布上面有大塊大塊的黑色污漬，很影響體驗。
衞生：差勁，地面有明顯的頭髮。沒有給便攜洗衣液，記得自己帶。
服務：前台接待磨蹭，一會有房一會沒房。因為特殊情況，兩間房需要在同一個樓層，一個豪華大床房換到6樓後感覺還沒有影音房好。也不知道不是豪華大床房還是怎麼的。（也不是拉踩，客觀評價：像之前住過的麓楓，秋果....同樣是特殊情況，服務很好，為了在同一樓層還免費幫忙升了房型。這是一個酒店應該有的服務，不説必須升房型，但是你應該盡心盡力的就應該儘量做好，而不是敷衍客人。）
總結：短暫休息還是可以的，為了舒適性和長期例如2.3晚的還是推薦秋果之類的吧。

出差武漢入住的這家酒店，在網上訂的。到酒店第一感覺就是，前台很熱情，主動跟我問好打招呼，很快辦理完了入住到房間，也是很大的驚喜，房間很大，有在窗户，床特別柔軟，床單被套也很新，很喜歡，哈哈。

幾乎沒有在攜程打過差評，這次得好好評價。
以前在成都南昌都住過宜尚酒店，感覺還蠻好的，成都那家甚至配有健身房，價格也就是三百多。所以這次到武漢玩也選了宜尚，但是超乎想象的差啊。
按照攜程頁面顯示，我定得房間帶正常的窗户，但前台告知是標錯了，得升級才有，4天升級衹要38塊錢，我也就沒多糾結，但掃碼是給到了前台的私人賬號，這裏我就開始覺得不對勁了，等進到房間裏真是要崩潰啊，難以想象這是酒店而不是鄉村招待所。當即決定湊合兩天提前離店換其它酒店，但被酒店方拒絕，我找了攜程才成功提前離店，並且需要我付款五十元優惠差價，不過攜程主動説攜程承擔。視頻是我半夜三點被吵醒錄的，睡了兩天晚上被吵醒兩天，也做了兩天噩夢，崩潰的行程。

這次選的酒店必須滿分💯離步行街不遠，輕軌出口更近，簡直是太方便了，前台小哥哥給我們主動升級了大床房，窗户是在內走到的，太安靜了哦，房間夠大床品舒服，各方面都比較滿意的，前台的眼鏡小哥服務態度點贊👍問他旅遊線路怎麼安排，直接拿紙和筆給我們講解最佳路線，這種態度和房間環境還有出行交通OK的酒店真的使人心情愉悦
