地理位置優越，旁邊都是吃的，也算是渦陽比較熱鬧的一個地點了，前台服務人員態度挺好，有問題都給解決，最後説要延遲退房也給了，五星好評嘛，就當給服務人員的了
但也有幾個問題該説得説
一，衞生間的排氣功能不太好，我是一整晚都開着排氣扇的，不然會有味道，
二，我入住的這個房間防盜鎖有問題，很明顯是反了，雖然説有監控，但不怕一萬就怕萬一，而服務人員説的反鎖，可以直接打開，不太清楚這個反鎖的意義
三，大床房的房型有點問題，電視桌旁邊的小枱子有點妨礙把行李拎進去，不過妨礙不大
四，剛入住就發現枕頭上的繫帶有頭髮，本來問題不大，換一個就行，但很不幸，當時戴了眼鏡，看到了發黃的枕芯🥀雖然後來又換了一個好點的，但是吧，，害酒店都是這樣也沒辦法，另外，一共定了三晚，前兩天都直接打掃的，但是最後一天沒有打掃衞生，再不濟把兩瓶水放過去也行啊，而且第二天清潔衞生的就把我放在桌子上的餐券都收走了😰雖然我又下樓要了
比較好的幾點：服務人員態度不錯，地理位置挺好，中央空調不錯

本次入住體驗較差，入室有氣味，環境跟之前也沒法比。訂了155的大床房，沒有窗户，加窗户20元，一共175，房間壓根沒有入住，就立馬換成了標準雙床房143一晚，結果一分錢不退！不知道這是個什麼道理。幾個前台解釋了半天，就倆字不退。以後再不訂了，房間不滿意，不便宜，服務態度更有待提高！

特別差，房子不是正常的房頂，而是那種隔斷板，噪音很大，房間不隔音，床單床罩根本就沒換，花灑不能使用，空調不制熱，這個錢完全被坑了，這跟黑店沒什麼區別了。
