酒店就坐落在甌江邊上，位置不錯。房間寬敞明亮，能看到甌江大橋，景色優美。酒店服務人員熱情友好，辦理入住快捷。酒店早餐豐富，中西餐都有，味道很不錯。酒店停車場車位充足，停車方便。

房間大且乾淨，設施齊全，風景很好，床品舒適。特別是提供了專用的泡茶工具，並準備了足夠的優質茶葉和水，讓客人印象深刻。早餐也很有特色，品種多，中式風味，讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺。

元旦期間價格330左右，酒店還有一股新裝修的味道。平時淡季衹要258，節假日漲價挺多，勝在拉開窗簾就是江景。景色不錯。房間全智能裝修。馬桶也是智能。來温州跨年，為了音樂節而來。衹能説別節假日來，太坑太坑，否則消費還行。早上9點開始就裝修噪音很響，就門口空調上面位置。

酒店設施衞生環境都還可以，早餐一般，不過對酒店或者是平台的經營方式不太認可：先以低價吸引客源，一但入住後房價就會天天遞漲（非節假日），本想多休息兩天，見此衹好放棄念頭，提前離開
