位置在海源公園對面，是在一個獨立的院子裏，院子裏面環境不錯，賓館分佈在幾個不同的樓裏面，都是兩層小樓，但是房間設施有點老化了，服務也一般，搞笑的是，標間的這個廁所的門是透明的，大小便的時候方便大家相互觀賞。

事情起因在於我的失誤 丟了一張房卡
不是想賴賬不賠償
但是這種規模的酒店 房卡真的高級 補卡費100
自認為走過很多城市也發生過類似問題 但是第一次高消費
想想算了 前台是服務人員 不為難他們 不跟他們講關於折舊之類賠償之類的
服務人員也很無奈 他們也知道很貴 我就呵呵了
酒店真的很高級 自己有賠償定價權 （就不跟他們掰扯了）
酒店很好 再也不來了

隔音非常非常差！！跟睡大馬路一樣，聲音亂七八糟！晚上隔壁和樓上的馬桶抽水聲，夜間樓道走動聲，上下水管的流動聲音都很大！隔壁的關門聲和馬桶聲能直接把你震醒！早上5點到8點，你更別想睡，孩子尖叫聲，走路聲關門聲此起彼伏，早上非常吵鬧！這就不是正常的酒店，是療養院改的酒店，設備很老很臟！雙人間但拖鞋就衹給1雙，衹能找服務員要才給，洗髮水沐浴露那些是二合一臟臟的，毛巾很舊，浴袍是沒有的，吹風機電壓很小，根本別想吹乾頭髮！還有，室內光線很暗，就衹能開4個小燈泡，如果你是女生，真的，你別想化粧，根本沒有光源給你化粧。退房還要走到別棟樓，好麻煩，總之，體驗非常不好！各方面都很不好！

老賓館，因為暑期行情好，價格也收到7.8百了。到的遲。前台就一個工作人員辦理入住，沒有笑容，赤裸裸交易關係是這樣的。位置安靜，周邊環境還是不錯的。早餐另外收20，很一般。入住兩天都沒有打掃過衞生。老父親穿酒店拖鞋，在衞生間外磁磚有水，摔了一跤。酒店經理幫助包紮了，幸好沒有骨折。建議房價就收400.500，厚道點。

真沒想到，現在還有管理這麼任性的單位，老國營單位那一套在這又見到了！80年代裝修風格的房間設施跟員工的臉一樣陳舊不適用，還永遠一副愛怎樣就怎樣的嘴臉，想收誰費就收誰費，想給誰升房就給誰升，管你是不是一個標準一個規矩，還大牌子寫着 工業與訊息化部 下屬單位，以為自己編制內就可以為所欲為！真給國家丟人。
所遇問題如下：1.一樣的自費早餐，服務員逮着了就收一人20，逮不着就混過去了，看你運氣。
2.房間不是廁所天花板掉了，就是門框掉了，花灑衹能一種方式，師傅修完門框全是玻璃膠味，難道就沒有環保的膠用嗎？！既然這樣寧可不修。
3.連個電梯都沒有，賓館建在山坡上是爬了山又爬樓。沒行李還好，長者腿腳不好就慘了。
4.門口保安和前台服務員瞎指路，讓我們推着行李爬台階繞道，明明有斜坡可以拉着走，不知道是成心還是真笨。
5.明明每天給兩瓶礦泉水，看你昨天的沒用就不給了，貪這種小便宜至於嗎？遊客是付費的！
6.帶着曾經在這裏保家衞國的退役老海軍高興而來，敗興而歸，太讓人失望了😞。這種國營單位旅館還是敬而遠之吧，別沒事找氣受，看人家臉子。
