The reason it is overpriced compared to the facility and services Front Desk Lady even doesn’t know the timing of check in I had my booking voucher by Yatra where it is clearly mentioned check in time 12 noon but she was arguing it is 1 pm so we can’t give you room my booking was premium lake view room. There was no swimming pool and no any entertainment in resort except Nature. Food was average Prefer to take 108&109 Lake view only and visit after August It was humid

Location - conveniently situated close to a popular tourist destination - banasura sagar dam. Service - renowned for their exceptional service, guests are greeted with a refreshing cold beverage on sunny days, enjoy a seamless check-in process, and have their luggage attentively handled. As a gesture of goodwill, they graciously upgraded us to a super deluxe room (complimentary during the off-season and weekdays) upon expressing concerns about the balcony view during rain. Food - the culinary offerings are satisfactory (3. 5/5, with both room service and dine-in options available. The breakfast spread is particularly commendable, boasting a variety of choices. Rooms - while the deluxe rooms lack a lake view, the super deluxe rooms offer a similar layout with a slightly improved view, albeit partially obstructed by trees. Guests may experience intermittent power outages lasting 30-60 seconds.

I found this resort via make my trip. The place is really good and service is amazing. Food was tasty. All the people at resort treated us well. The view from our room was amazing.

View from the lake view room is excellent. Food is also good. But the bathroom is not that good. The surrounding also not that well maintained.

Food is the best stuff to impress your customers, which was the worst i experienced in terrace. Location & view wise its still expensive.

Resort location was excellent, ambience of resort superb, hospitality was superb, food was very hygienic and tasty, overall a nostalgic experience. Recommend everyone to go there and experience the above said matter

Food is good in taste and price is cheaper than outside. Stay is very comfortable, we had premium villa cottage booked. Room had excellent view with mountain, dam water and sunset from balcony and bed. Room 108 is best. Breaking buffet is good. Staffs are helpful in arranging taxi and auto even for 4am in morning. Very well behaved and good room service
