Spacious 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom. Great location. Walking distance to pavilion mall and berjaya times square. There's also a really good breakfast place walking distance to the hotel - grumpy bagels. Has the best bagels ever!

Pros: Excellent location in bukit bintang area, around 5mins to TRX & 8 mins to pavillion, fahrenheit88, lot 10, starhill etc. Complimentary & delicious lunch for guests at the millennium lounge though beverages are chargeable. It's spacious and comes with two bedrooms. There are two TVs that comes with netflix, youtube etc in living and main bedroom. Balcony with racks is good for drying clothes. Quite responsive hotel staff. If taking coach bus by transtar, cityline etc, the hotel is a boarding/drop off point.
Cons: Housekeeping needs improvement - dried up blood stain on duvet, bath towels with stains etc. Will experience traffic jam during peak hrs as it's located along a busy stretch of road. Rooms facing capri, dorsett hotels on the main road can be noisy at night. Swimming pool on level 37 seems to be heavily utilised. Personally feels that room in need of refurbishment/renovation

Clamp pigeon hole hole with a Queen bed put at the corner touching 3 sides of the wall.
Quilt blood stained

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment.. generally clean, complete with washer dryer..
just that the door is not keycard access, but real keys, only 2 sets provided upon request.
location for hotel is fantastic… nearby with food and convenience store

Definitely recommend this place! The location is super convenient, and I could walk to TRX (though it’s a bit risky because some parts of the roads don’t have pedestrian paths).
Overall, the place is clean and family-friendly.

Choose here for our 3D2N stay, I have to admit that this is a great location with only 8mims walking distance to TRX exchange, and there are a few famous cafes to explore nearby. Great location to hunt for food, too. From breakfast to supper.
Secondly, is the hotel room hygiene need a lot improvement. We first check in to a room which is not clean at all, we can still see the stain on the floor and toilet wall. But the staffs are so kind enough to change the room for us, slightly better.
Thirdly, if you drive there’s a parking charge PER ENTRY. Before exit you’re required to validate your card for RM10 of parking fees, otherwise it will be more expensive.
Overall is good, but don’t think I will come back again for the stay.
