Bella at the front desk was exceptional in helping figure out an error ******* made. There was no record of our check in sent to them- she spent at least 15 minutes trying to get things straightened out. ******* said since the reservation was made less than 24 hours ago that that was the problem. Not sure how you can reserve a room for that same night then.

The reservation desk helped us out. At first they couldn’t find our reservation and we getting no where chatting with *******. The clerk, which I can’t remember her name, kept digging and finally found the reservation.

I was staying alone as a female and felt completely safe at the hotel. Lady at front desk was super nice and room was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here.

The only issue i had is that the tub looked very worn and when i took my shower, it felt like at any time i was going through the floor to the room below me.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our boys were able to enjoy the pool, our room was on the main level, which was awesome, & it was nice. The free breakfast offered many different delicious choices & was very appreciated. Good job!

Bed was too soft and lots white stains on carpet below A/C. Breakfast was so average with same eggs as every other hotel. After 20 days in various hotels, could not eat that same old breakfast. Yuk!

The hotel and staff were fine. The only problem I had was the bed. It was like sleeping on a concrete slab. It was so hard I ended up sitting in a chair most of th night.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Room very clean. I only stayed overnight, but impressed with my stay. I will be traveling to the area several more times and plan stay there again. Convenient to area stores and restaurants is a plus.
