🚗 交通：去海灘打車10元，或者騎到單車十多分鐘就可以到
🧹衞生：衞生比較乾淨，希望繼續保持
🍃環境：這個是最值得的，在一個洋房小區裏面，非常安靜，人也很少，門口有保安，算是本次海南行最滿意的一個住宿

老闆人很熱情，剛到萬寧時沒車，老闆人還特意過來萬寧站接我們，真是麻煩老闆了，不過得強烈推薦一下這裏房子，個人真心覺得非常不錯，可做飯，主要是還有小孩子玩的玩具，為有家庭的孩子算是很貼心的一個準備，離附近的景點都比較近，算是絕佳位置吧！去石梅灣，觀景台，日月灣，興隆區的景點都非常近，出小區後門1分鐘可直接上高速，個人覺得非常好，這次的國慶旅遊在石梅灣這裏畫上一個完美的一筆，下次來還會選擇老闆的民宿，超棒，也祝老闆生意興隆

環境挺好的，房間也挺寬敞，很適合度假。離石梅灣沙灘有2公里吧，有車的話很方便。比較安靜。性價比很好👍

很貼心的店家，我們凌晨才到酒店，老闆特意安排保安師傅指路引路到酒店房間，還提前幫開着小夜燈挺温馨，房間乾淨整潔，上下兩層，有種回家的感覺

民宿管理非常有問題，還沒整理好的房源就開放出來了。
1.房間窗簾都沒，讓我們怎麼睡，在人來人往地方被人圍觀睡覺嗎？
2.廁所窗簾也沒有，咋的，讓路過樓道的人圍觀洗澡嗎？
3.民宿小哥一句，那你們退房吧。怎麼？讓我們露宿街頭嗎？做事太不靠譜，請好好反思！
4.頁面也沒寫着怎麼辦理入住，也沒有短訊提醒怎麼辦理入住。我摸索着上面寫着801上去，亂寫的根本沒有。還要打電話給民宿小哥…
不靠譜不靠譜太不靠譜了！
4.勸後面的遊客。這個房源價格確實低，但是住宿是否順利沒有保障。需謹慎！
5.房間除了空間大，其他沒啥優勢。床也很硬。衞生談不上乾淨。
