The hotel environment is pretty good, but it's still a little far from the beach. If you drive, you can rest assured. Taking a taxi is also very convenient. There is not much food around, so you need to buy it yourself.

衞生：一次性牙刷不是一次性的，是多次回收別人用過的。一打開刷頭上有明顯的牙膏殘留的白點，牙刷上帶的牙膏味也很重，刷毛也有炸開的。很明顯的使用痕跡。
服務：除了領路到房間也沒感受到有什麼服務，也沒有管家告知其他訊息，沒人主動添加微信
建議入住的朋友自帶洗漱用品洗浴用品

很好的體驗，房間很寬敞，設施齊全，交通便利，距離石梅灣、牧場，神州半島都很近，周邊餐廳也多，很適合親子出遊，院子的小泡池很適合小孩玩水，很乾凈，空調非常給力！
我們是帶狗出遊，有三條狗狗，但是店家也沒有表現出什麼，對狗狗還是很友好的，中間柴犬跑掉了還幫忙給抓回來了，確實屬於對寵物人來説非常好！必須點贊
中間服務也是有求必應，缺了什麼差了什麼給店家説一下馬上就送來了，現在因為是淡季人也非常少，反正就是各方面都很不錯，
很適合幾個人一起開車自駕，為服務點贊，
就是隔音稍微差了點，其他都挺滿意

抵達萬寧後的第一站，晚上到的別墅區，管家很熱情，還沒出發就加了微信一路告訴我們怎麼到酒店，周圍玩什麼。別墅樓上下兩層，方便家庭居住，點外賣也方便，外賣員會送到房間來。唯一的缺點可能就是隔音效果比較差，能清楚的聽見隔壁家講話。

朋友們！一住一個不吱聲！晚上就跟恐怖片現場一樣！ 床上還有上一個房客的假睫毛！本來剛去一樓客廳味道就臭得很，但是帶看小妹態度很好説送空氣凈化噴霧來就沒在意。還説有下午茶☕️結果入住之後羣發了幾天景點報名訊息就不見人影。完全聯繫不到，第二天説要退房才回的訊息。總之就是衞生不行，服務沒有，體驗感極差，給大家避坑了！

別墅區非常安靜，前台辦理入住以後，拿到鑰匙就不會再被打擾到了，除非要求打掃衞生補充物品。房間衞生可以，空調製冷很快，洗澡水非常大，洗着舒服，晾衣架洗衣機都有。有車的話非常建議選擇。晚上能看到清清楚楚的北斗七星哦！還看到螢火蟲了呢！去石梅灣，日月灣都很近。
