Besides the breakfast , poor and incredibly “a la carte” on Sundays, the service of hotel is kind gentle and supportive. One of the rare occasion where the service actually cares.
Unfortunately there is no pool and no access to the beach which makes pointless my whole staying there but a smile can help a lot.

Great modern hotel right next to the beach. Service was amazing. Rooms were clean with good amenities. Would stay again. Apple at the front desk was great

酒店是灣裏唯一的酒店！免費升級了房間很棒！
衞生：很乾凈
環境：鬧中取靜，周圍就是沖浪俱樂部，出來吃東西閑逛都很方便！
服務：還未入住就建羣一對一溝通聯繫，很貼心！灣裏不讓進出租車，所以到景區入口酒店派專車來接送！感謝隨叫隨補位的工程部小楊，經理小西，前台的美女小姐姐

初到萬寧日月灣眼前的海浪和金色的沙灘讓我停止了旅行的腳步，決定入住萬寧青普酒店，乾乾淨淨的前廳和熱情待客的工作人員讓我感受到海南獨特的熱加熱情，特別是小黃姐姐和小西的敬業愛業讓我佩服，她們服務上乘，待客如親人值得五星點贊❗

朋友推薦來的。服務好的沒話説，知道我們度蜜月特地提前準備了房間。前台黃姐也熱情接待並介紹了周邊好吃好喝的給我們。客房乾淨衞生又大。水果也好吃，椰子也可口，特別是每晚還有點心送房間。

青普在沖浪小鎮裏 院子側面有棵大大的榕樹
房間風格簡約現代 小冰箱比較大方的 飲料有好幾種
前台 早餐 送接都態度挺好 不是裝樣的
女兒在海邊遇到一根“甘道夫魔杖” 橫過來像一衹大鳥 留在酒店點綴空間
比之前面在海口魯能希爾頓糟糕的住店感受 以及點評後酒店方面的套路回覆 呵

酒店服務相當不錯，我們訂的是3室的，三個房間都挺大的，主卧也是yyds，酒店工作人員服務效率很高，每天都有點心，還有水果都提前準備好的，走出陽台就是大海，體驗很不錯👍
