就在石梅灣附近，小區環境優美，陽枱面向大海適合發呆。步行一分鐘M1咖啡奇幻工場；步行五分鐘有超市及糟粕醋火鍋。

沒怎麼拍住的環境，就真的挺好的，陽台好大，還有搖籃椅，可以自己曬衣服什麼的～小區管理很嚴格，外賣可以叫到門衞室（就是附近的外賣比較貴），小區很寧靜，人比較少，晚上可以看到星星，空調很夠冷，出門往左走就能去到艾美酒店的私人沙灘，但一定要天黑之前返回，通往沙灘的沙石板路沒有什麼路燈很黑。

小區環境不錯，7月淡季，人少清靜。陽台很大。離海灘不算很遠，開車的話幾分鐘可到。入住有人來接，退房方便。

訂的海景房，陽台就能看到對面的艾美酒店和加井島。進門有股黴味，通風以後就好多了。這個價格不期待有多好，勝在有性價比

整體衞生情況就感覺比較廉價吧，有一個淋浴間下水堵塞 洗澡水會冒出來 淋浴間的門也關不上 ，另外一間的燈的顏色有點恐怖，臨時決定住的 ，行李都放在車裡了，就拿了換洗包，洗個澡睡一覺，第二天早上6點多就走了，性價比很低，沒啥值得再回住的

很慶幸自己選擇了這個民宿，位置離海岸很近，步行不超過一百米，房間很乾凈整潔，沒有人和異味，一個浴室，一個淋浴🚿，兩個洗手池完全夠用，最主要床也舒服，對面就是艾美酒店，左邊不遠就是觀海亭觀景台，我們住下的第一晚就覺得第二天續住了，小區環境也不錯，超滿意，帶小朋友從沙灘🏖️回來很近很近，玩水後不換衣服直接走回來五分鐘就到。牆裂推薦一呆公寓。
