Lack of clarity during the booking, disappoin**ent when trying to clarify by phone at the end of the night, prices that are too high in consideration of the location, the low season period of stay and above all the services not offered but included in the price and booking number. I describe: Royal suite for single use with sauna and breakfast 130 euros discounted at 100 euros .. (you see the photos on the site and imagine a nice room with a nice relaxing and detoxifying sauna at the end of work and when you wake up, breakfast sitting in the warmth of the structure)... Instead, you sleep in the large but empty room, next to the sauna, and have breakfast in the bar opposite, with a voucher for 2euros and 50, without having the opportunity to reply because you've paid by now.... And if you ptovi for phone, you are asked why YOU HAVE NOT BOOKED ELSEWHERE if there is better... I am convinced that rudeness and lack of humility do not help to improve things but to make them negative. Sorry to waste time writing reviews like this, but the only reason I don't consider it a waste of time is in the hope that readers will open their eyes before booking. All within a radius of 10km they give us less expensive structures that make you want to go back for the services offered. Unfortunately for me, on this occasion they were all full and I had to experience this feeling of displeasure in Vinchiaturo.... Patience.. This is also part of the job.
