A higher-than-expected stay. I successfully booked accommodation several days in advance of the music festival. The sanitary environment is generally clean and tidy, and it is not humid or smelly. The hotel is well-equipped and it is more comfortable to live on the second floor. The town is not big, but it is still a distance from the scenic area. Taxis are not convenient to call. It would be better if the hotel could provide a taxi-hailing service.

[I think it is the best inn for family travel. 】 1⃣️First of all, it is clean and bright. It is better maintained and cleaned than many five-star hotels. The sanitary ware is also very bright👍The elevator lighting color matching paper bag poster design is standardized in place. 2⃣️The room is spacious and has a relatively large activity space for children and multiple family members. 3⃣️There are sufficient breakfast choices and sufficient service staff. For example, the egg selection includes omelets, egg rolls, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, etc. This is something that many five-star restaurants do not offer. ⚠️But the only service aspect could be more attentive and enthusiastic. Personally, I feel that the short-haired girl wearing glasses at the front desk is too cold and not suitable for the front line concierge. The overall service standard of Atour Hotel is quite standardized. The hotel is located in the center of the city. There is a total of 7 floors. The parking lot of the hotel is also very easy to find. The underground parking lot has an elevator to the lobby. The laundry room is very clean. The gym equipment is basically enough. This hotel is nice, we are a family of three traveling. The location of the hotel is in the center of the city. Opposite the hotel is a shopping mall for eating. It looks like a 10-minute drive from the Lighthouse Museum. On the other side of the hotel is a supermarket.

Honestly i was so impressed by this hotel, from the minute we arrived we were being attended to by hotel staff, the staff were friendly and polite and some staff were English speaking as well. The quality of rooms and amenities were excellent. Outside of Shanghai this was one the best hotel experiences I’ve had in China. The location is away from restaurants and bars but only a 20min walk or a short didi ride away, there is a fantastic view across the ocean and the city from different areas of the hotel. Breakfast was ok and great coffee. Next time I go to Diashan I will definitely stay here again.
