The hotel is a very nice hotel, and it is a very nice hotel. The hotel is located in the centre of the city. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Rest of the industrial cooking, cakes, bottle juice and yogurt. The truth is that the girl was nice, but you organize the time based on schedules and it already made us late to our first excursion ... The room is quite good, wide and clean (there is no complaint). We arrived by night and made the room, but the towels we had left on the ground to change (only one of the washroom and another of the shower), had hanged on a stick, that is not or it is done Monday morning, we stood up at 9:00 and 9:00: 10 not again empty hotel, we call and tell us the manager that 10 minutes more ... This is 9:30 and starts to prepare everything for races. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The disaster culminates when you arrive at the room at 22:30 ... Unclean room, unclean bed, uncollected towels. We call angry and tell us that he's sorry and he can change our room if we wait, but he doesn't tell us what will take to come and walk next week, at 8 a.m. we tell you we're going to sleep. In the morning when we douche, the water is completely cold... We disappointed call and do not answer, as was expected, no one to give us breakfast and we left the hotel without a stroke we were neither charged nor employed ... I think there were no more guests in The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Trusting a stranger on the internet is a very laughable idea, I know—but I am one of those people who goes to Venice at least every two years for work, for a famous week in May. In total, I have been to Venice about 12 times in my life, and I've stayed at Cipriani, The Bauer and The Gritti, the list goes on... Andrea's B&B has actually been my favorite stay. Why? Andrea is a gem, beyond helpful, funny, kind and communicative. The room was spacious, clean, free of ghosts (iykyk), the bed didn't sag down to the floor, no mold in the bathroom or behind picture frames, coffee in the room, and the breakfast was insanely generous. My room was also stylishly appointed, and had mindful amenities for travelers who may have forgotten a toothbrush or a shoe-horn. The B&B is also truly and I mean TRULY, perfectly located. Everything is accessible by foot (ok maybe not Murano, but Fondamenta Nova isnt too bad of a walk). I always have to haul over to the Giardini and it took me 22 minutes, and that my friends is considered a hop, skip and a jump for Venice. I've already told Andrea that I am pre-booking for two years from now because it has been the most comfortable, nicest price, and perfectly located accommodation I've stayed in. It really makes a difference when you're in La Serenissima, which is one of the world's greatest wonders but a city with a unique logistical reality. Surely you've tuned out by now in this review, but if you haven't, and one of Andrea's rooms is available, just do it. It's such a deeply comfortable B&B.

Ai Cherubini

It was an awful experience ! I have stayed to more than 600 hotels in my life and it’s the first time, I meet people that own a hotel but know nothing about hospitality and customer service!I made the reservation&sent them email informing them that I would be at the hotel late at night.I send also my flight details&my exact time of arrival .When I arrived at the hotel the first thing that the receptionist told me(later I found out that this guy was one of the owners)is that we were really late and he was waiting for us 4 hours as the reception closes 22:30.He was really hostile, arrogant and upset! It’s the first time in my life that I felt so bad in a hotel! The room was dark with no view. It was a small room ( about 20m2 ),whereas we had booked the superior room of 30m2.Generally it was an old fashioned room, with moldy smell , with no elevator so we had to carry our 2 heavy luggage 2 floors up.In our3days stay we found out that all family was rather indifferent & rude with customers !At the check out they asked us to pay 50€as an extra charge as the brother of the owner had to stay 4 hours waiting for us !!The brother which is one of the owners(not an employee!)When we denied,as we were never informed about this extra charge or never was written at the extranet of *******,they started yelling&insulting us so we were forced to pay as we were afraid they would harm us- all family came and yelling!Too bad that those people work in the tourist sector and have no idea of what hospitality&caring mean!! If you have stayed in professional and luxury hotels you will find out that people that work in this hotel , it would be better to work in field rather than in a hotel as there are not educated at all . The room was small , old fashioned and had a moldy smell . We paid 350€ per night for a shabby place ! Please do not go and stay there . You will lose your money

We had an enjoyable stay. It's a great location with 10 minute walk to St. Mark's square. If needed, water taxi is next door. Breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast staff was very pleasant ( Houria and Jose). There's an option to sit outside in the gorgeous courtyard for breakfast too. We had a beautiful suite with canal view and balconies. I loved that the balconies had padding. I enjoyed standing on the balcony and having this extra comfort. There's a bar and tables are available outside on the water - just another great feature of this hotel. The only downside of our room was I had no Wifi during our stay. It worked in the lobby and I assume it was a WiFi issue with our corner suite, room 116.
Ca' San Polo

The San Polo is not really a hotel, I would call-it a Guest House with a small 'reception' on the 2nd floor in a tiny, typical Venice building with lots of stairs managed by friendly people! The location is perfect for travellers arriving by train (15 minutes walk) and also close enough to the 'Ponte di Rialto' and the 'Ponte dell' Accademia', which is quite important in Venice, but you will find-it out by yourself. And: Follow the ”dont's” for Venice: Don't travel with heavy lugagge. We booked the junior suite (decent price), which was on the 3rd floor, were also the breakfast is served. The room is extra spacious, with a king size bed, an extra bed and a sofa, TV etc. It has a, lets called-it 'Venetian- Chic' and was clean (for allergic people: Carpet on the floor). The bed was super comfortable (we like it more on the hard side). Also the toilet is spacious, equipped with everything you need (lots of towels available) and housekepping cleaned every day. For breakfast scrumbbeled eggs and/or a ham, salami & cheese plate is served on demand, for the sweets lovers, there is pastery and freshly made cake availble, the coffee comes from the coffeemachine. As said it is simple and you will certaily not get a 'room with a view' for that price/location in Venice, but it works perfectly for a 2-3 nights trip to Venice!

The staff were very accommodating to our needs. We had a late arrival and we arranged for our luggage we stored at airport coordinate and deliver to the hotel. Love it was on Grand canal and easy water taxi access.
