Beautiful hotel! Jennifer is an absolute amazing host! Our view was a 10 out of 10. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel does not have an elevator and the room was a bit small. There is quite a bit of noise from the water at night and morning from boat traffic. But the location is perfect. You are away from tourists, in the residential neighborhood of Cannaregio. You are 10 minutes from the train station and close to water taxi stations. Price was good! Highly recommend staying for a visit to Venice

My family of 3 stayed here in September. When I initially phoned the reception from our taxi to advise of my arrival I got hung up the female who answered it lol - so it wasn't the greatest first experience but I put that down to the language barrier. On arrival, our room itself was spacious, clean with nice bathroom, and the best part is the magnificent views of the canal down below from our window, staying here was a good choice too as it's away from the noise, hustle and bustle from the city centre so for that reason it's also at a reasonable price. If you want to stay somewhere that will not break the bank and has gorgeous views I'd recommend it - just be aware they don't speak great english so would be good to at least brush up on some italian.

Wonderful stay! Checking in before we left the US alleviated a ton of stress! Super easy to get in! Beautiful canal view and good restaurants a few paces from the hotel. Easy direct walk to the train station. Very clean. Excellent water pressure. Water was super hot. Bed was very comfortable. Will gladly stay there again!

Great location! Good price! Overlooks the canal! The location was nice. The view was very beautiful.It is very close to Gettho and the bus station, railway station. We can easily go to any famous place in Venice. It has a good vibe around a taverna bunch. Great value for the price. Thank you.

Central, while a bit away from the worst of the crowds. Quest, except for natural noises from the canal. Great view of the canal. The picture does not lie. No manned reception, but the host is always available. ********** gives you an incorrect phone number, the right one is to be found on the door.

Amazing little spot in venice, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area but still with in good walking distance. Jenifer is an amazing host, let us check in early and leave our bags in storage on our last day. Super friendly and accommodating. The room was huge and really affordable given what you get! Really clean, lovely view of the sea and the canals, and the bathroom was also stunning. Will stay there again if we visit - thank you!

It's not what it seems. The ratings on Google and Booking do not match the service offered. No Internet! You have to connect to the hotel next door hopefully it works! Crazy in this day and age. Impossible to work or connect****. There is NO safe/safety box. The television only for the photo, because it does NOT work. The water barely comes out of the shower and hopefully it warms up a bit. They do NOT offer cleaning service in the room during the stay. You have to pay it extra if you want. There is no elevator. Impossible for people with reduced mobility or families with babies and/or strollers. No one offers to pick you up at the train terminal to help with luggage. They do not give you a legal receipt for the payment of the municipal tax (4 euros per person per night). It does not have black out curtains so light and sun enters all the time. As soon as the sun rises, light enters the room. In addition to the external noise of the boats (which is not the fault of the accommodation). The bed has no box spring and the mattress sags in the middle. The towels look like sheets because of how finite they are (they hardly dry). We paid more than 200 euros per night, WITHOUT breakfast. We do NOT recommend it. The only positive thing is the view of the canal (if you hire the room with such a view) and the air conditioning that works well. They need to invest more for the guest, not just offer what's there. They are confident in the high demand of passengers. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Look for other alternatives.
