The hotel also offers room service (during limited hours). Wrap up your day with a drink at the bar/lounge. From the bottom of my heart, please do not waste your money on this place. Look somewhere else. We are a family with a ten year old and 6 month old baby. Entry - pretty straight forward for us, we had a text message with instructions. Once we were in - the living area had a sofa that was pulled out into a bed for us. That’s fine. But there’s then no living area. Or room to swing a cat. Bathroom, there was mould in the shower. The most ridiculous cups for your coffee that also takes 6 years to pour. There’s no cleaning facilities like a sweeping brush so your constantly walking over natural dirt that’s been brought in from outside and having to wipe your feet before getting into bed. No cot was given to us even though one was requested through booking.com. We had high hopes from other reviews that the communication was good, however, I messaged to ask for more cups and an iron but we were left on two blue ticks on WhatsApp. Messaged for help with getting to the airport at 2am - no response. Actually they were pretty rude when they did reply. No one was seen to help us anywhere. The view was stunning once you got into the communal area, that was probably the only highlight. And that it’s right next to the waterbus stop Please spend your money on a better place so that you have a nicer experience of Venice because this place has really ruined a family trip for us.

It was an awful experience ! I have stayed to more than 600 hotels in my life and it’s the first time, I meet people that own a hotel but know nothing about hospitality and customer service!I made the reservation&sent them email informing them that I would be at the hotel late at night.I send also my flight details&my exact time of arrival .When I arrived at the hotel the first thing that the receptionist told me(later I found out that this guy was one of the owners)is that we were really late and he was waiting for us 4 hours as the reception closes 22:30.He was really hostile, arrogant and upset! It’s the first time in my life that I felt so bad in a hotel! The room was dark with no view. It was a small room ( about 20m2 ),whereas we had booked the superior room of 30m2.Generally it was an old fashioned room, with moldy smell , with no elevator so we had to carry our 2 heavy luggage 2 floors up.In our3days stay we found out that all family was rather indifferent & rude with customers !At the check out they asked us to pay 50€as an extra charge as the brother of the owner had to stay 4 hours waiting for us !!The brother which is one of the owners(not an employee!)When we denied,as we were never informed about this extra charge or never was written at the extranet of *******,they started yelling&insulting us so we were forced to pay as we were afraid they would harm us- all family came and yelling!Too bad that those people work in the tourist sector and have no idea of what hospitality&caring mean!! If you have stayed in professional and luxury hotels you will find out that people that work in this hotel , it would be better to work in field rather than in a hotel as there are not educated at all . The room was small , old fashioned and had a moldy smell . We paid 350€ per night for a shabby place ! Please do not go and stay there . You will lose your money

The interior of the hotel is decorated with art and mirror theme. . Service management is nothing, there are few people, sipping is more commercial, there is no choice, the variety is small, there is an additional cost.
Ca' Pagan

**A Glowing Review of Ca' Pagan Hotel in Venice** Located the heart of Venice, Ca' Pagan Hotel was an enchanting retreat that blended traditional Venetian charm with modern luxury. From the moment we stepped into the elegant foyer adorned with exquisite Murano glass chandeliers, we were transported to a world of opulence and sophistication. The accommodation at Ca' Pagan Hotel is authentic and divine. Our room was tastefully decorated in a classic Venetian style, with sumptuous fabrics, ornate furnishings, and breathtaking views of the picturesque canals. The staff at Ca' Pagan Hotel are the epitome of hospitality, providing attentive and personalized service that exceeds expectations, their genuine warmth and professionalism truly elevated our experience. They were all lovely and genuine to us from the text messages welcoming us to Venice when our plane landed, to checking when we were due to arrive so they would stay up to welcoming us in to the hotel. Breakfast was charming and tasty each morning and was a great way to start the day.
Ca Dell'Arte

This place is a real gem in Venice. Location Location is very good, walkable distance to anywhere (10 mins to Piazza San Marco/St. Mark’s Square). Lots to eat in the vicinity and lots of interesting art galleries on the street. Room Our place was on the top floor and consisted of two rooms. Both had classical decoration. Our daughter especially loved her room. Our room was also very romantic. Bathroom is modern and brand new. Check-in/Staff Entrance and check-in is automatic, very easy and hassle-free. The hosts are always reachable and answer via phone/Whatsapp immediately in case of questions. Easy communication in English. Price/Performance Ratio Impressive. Everything was better than other hotels in Venice that we paid double the price. Extras Lots to eat and drink. Complimentary coffee, croissants, crackers, water, orange juice etc. Downside The only downside was having to carry the luggage two floors, but I guess that’s common in Venice.

Clean and spacious rooms with air conditioning and free drinks (bottled water etc.) in the fridge. I recommend to look at the pictures of the building in Trip advisor as it is not easy to find the building. It is just next to Azerbaijan pavilion at the square. I was welcomed with the friendly and helpful owner. This is a very good location to get around Venice and it is relatively quiet compared to other area. I will definitely go back again.
