If it is a group of people to play, it is a good place to live, the hygiene is good and clean, but the sofa in the living room is a bit dirty, but the room and toilet are very clean..

It was a place mean for a short night's rest. Value for money if you are just going to sleep inside and spend the time outside. Located a little further from the usual busy areas and about 10 minutes ride to mount austin

Really got an affordable value for a night, however wasn’t expecting the hotel was under renovation. The room given to us was great inspite of the undergoing repairs and location. Especially loved the design of the toilet & bath.

The Ardens Hotel - Austin

4 of us checked into The Arden’s over the weekend for a 2 day trip in jb. We checked into the luxe king. There is a security to look over the outdoor car park, and front desk available 24/7. These are plus points. However, much can be improved for The Arden’s. The towel are all mouldy and yellowish, air con aren’t cold, and the bed sheets had stains and strands of hair left over from the previous guest (I believe). However the location is very convenient, but I am not willing to settle for a aircon that’s blowing warm air, so I don’t think I will be staying at The Arden’s till they re-renovate again. But still, thanks for the stay.
