The overall experience was a real pleasure. The hotel is modern, and clean. The room is spacious, and full of all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and the view from the window was stunning.
Also, the staff were extremely professional and caring to ensure our stay was comfortable and welcoming.
As a result, I am going to stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel for all both families, business and tourists.

We had a another great stay at the Universal again! It was a wonderful way to finish our Xinjiang trip. If we come again, the Universal will be pur first choice!

一家人在外旅行住的很舒服，前台辦理入住很快，方經理服務熱情，貼心，非常關注客人住店感受！酒店大廳裝修異域風情，非常有新疆特色，房間設施齊全，採光好連續住了好多天，酒店位置也很好，距離機場和高鐵站都很近，旁邊有一個很大的商圈，逛買很方便，之後來新疆還會選擇這裏！非常推薦！！

位置在市中心，很標準的五星級酒店，服務也是五星級的。
我住過太多房間了，也算是挑剔試睡員了，但對這裏真的算是很滿意了。
停車方便，客房處理問題也很及時，咖啡廳的咖啡也特別合我的胃口。方總還親自幫我調換房間搬東西還送了水果。
這裏彷彿就是我在烏魯木齊的另一個家。

設施：設施比較齊全，房間內的辦公區域很大，座椅很寬，接線方便，適合商務人士出行。
衞生：房間還是比較老了，但是勝在面積大，衞生做的好，整體入住還是比較舒服的，視野也不錯。
服務：唯一下頭的就是服務，點名批評前台的那個年輕男前台，建議酒店趕緊去培訓下吧，第一次見這麼囂張的前台，問三遍才回一句，讓幫忙錄下車牌愛答不理還翻白眼，體驗差到極致，這個價格在烏魯木齊不算便宜了，如果還是這種服務的話，被市場淘汰的日子不遠了。
