The service at this hotel was very good. We were not happy with our rooms but they went out of their way to accommodate us. The groups and setting within the palace are beautiful and the food at breakfast was fresh. They were happy to make anything on request. We didn't use the pool facilities but it looked welcoming.

Beautiful restaurant, superb location and ambience, excellent service and staff Compliments to the chefs for a wonderful and memorable meal, the best we had on our Indian holiday. Our waiter Lalu Ram was most kind and attentive. The food was delicious and so much to enjoy!

The experience is regal of living in a palace. The place seems to have waning relevance in the big picture of current times. But the service staff here is next level and makes you feel royal with all your demands met with a smile and in an instant. Food was awesome at Paantya and special mention of Kuldeep Rathore and Lalu Ram is in order for the brilliant personalised breakfast service we had at Paantya. All in all, wonderful overall.

The best palace experience ever! Good food and great hospitality- special thanks to kuldeep rathor, laluram, bhajen basak n pratap Singh! Memorable stay! Museum within campus and boat ride to jagmandir was awesome too. Lovely place. Highly recommended...

Had a amazing stay here at Shiv Niwas Palace. Feels like attention has been given to all details. Also, the food is very delicious which you can either enjoy at the palace style restaurants or in your own room. Great assistance from the staff specially Deepak ji & Pratap Singh ji.

Beautiful build excellent hospitality and luscious food I would straight away mention all the people who made our day even more pleasant and memorable. Starting from shukpreet who greeted us with warm welcome. Bhupendra singh, chandragupta, sandipan and vipin are great

Everything was perfect. Food and mocktail we like in palki khana shiv niwas bhupendra and chandragupt singh serve quick and polit. Washroom was clean and maintain by suresh ji. Suresh ji escorts us about palace and royalty Recommended for visitors

Visit with family in city palace udaipur the palace was very big. In middle of the palace there is palkikhana restaurant by SHIVNIWAS PALACE. The restaurant was great place and amazing location the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable specially would like to thank chandragupta singh & bhupendra singh for her continuous service and dedication towards her work Would definitely recommend this place

Very nice experience in udaipur city palace the palace was 2nd largest palace in India. Palki khana restaurant by SHIV NIWAS PALACE customer service was truly wonderful experience. The quality of food was amazing. Bhupendra Singh and chandragupta singh are very helpful
