The location is convenient, close to Minami, but the front desk is not very friendly, probably because there are many foreign guests.
The procedure takes a long time, and even though I stayed for several nights, not only was the room cleaned, but the amenities and towels were not even replaced.
The building is clean, but the service is poor.
There are many things missing, such as the TV remote control not being in the room.
Also, be careful as there are no USB ports in the outlets.

Excellent location for walking to Kuromon market and Dotonbori! Another plus is that it’s located between 2 subway stations. Would definitely stay again. My only gripe is my room did not have a towel rack/hook.

Staff are very friendly and kind
The overall decoration of the hotel is also very new.
The hotel location is far from Namba Station
It takes at least 15 minutes to walk
It is recommended to take a taxi to move your luggage, which costs about 1,000 yen.
The cleanliness of the room is acceptable
(The drains of the bathtub and wash basin had broken hair from previous residents. After taking a bath, the bathtub became a little clogged. The flooding problem was solved after cleaning by myself.)
There is a workers' site next to the hotel
It was very noisy when construction started
