本來定的坎兒井賓館，凌晨到無人接待，攜程給安排了這家，總體非常好，像一個古堡，起床後我還用十多分鐘內外逛了下。

兩種情況下我會認真寫評論，第一非常優秀，第二實屬不堪。這次的住宿體驗是後者。莊園樓下有宴會廳，有酒吧，院子裏停滿了車，晚上到11點宴席還沒散，各種吵，這哪兒是住莊園呀，這是住鬧市了。打開房門的一瞬間我就後悔了，能退房嗎？不能，六百多我在內地都能住個乾淨的星級酒店了，被朋友這麼一忽悠，礙於面子，就住進來了。有圖有真相，還好衹訂了一晚，地毯上到處是頭髮，嚴重懷疑有吸過地。毛巾如圖，那個水池邊的地巾是擦過鞋的吧？我衹能隔着塑料袋扔到地上。還好自己帶了一次性毛巾，馬桶墊，一次性床上用品，不然帶着孩子在這房間裏，我是住不下去的。訂房間的時候説是可以住四個人，有一個板床，但是衹有一個褥子放在那裡，我請服務員送再送一個褥子，兩個被子來，結果回來發現衹給了個被子，所以要讓我們擠在一個一米寬的褥子上嗎？我也忍了，想想和孩子擠一下吧，我打電話給前台想要一雙拖鞋（因為房間衹有三個），他説沒空讓我自己下去拿。這也是我最後一次寫差評前的請求了。行吧，你們不在乎，那我也不在乎了。拜拜吧，再不見！

態度極差，並且言語攻擊我們屬於詛咒，説我們出來玩不會玩開心的，我説我們玩一圈了要走了就看見你不開心了。起因是屋內空調不涼，要求換房，那位婦女説換不了，換衹能換小的，我説我們這麼多人住一個屋，她説那你為什麼那麼多人住一屋呢？我説我們倆大人帶着兩個孩子不睡三人房睡什麼房間啊？？？從頭到尾耷拉臉，上下打量我們，從表情到語氣讓人來氣，之後看了一下別人的評價，説服務態度問題的不止一個，老闆想經營好建議趕緊換了這個經理吧就這樣還當經理呢

去住過兩次，昨天是第二次，第一次是沒出什麼大問題。就是設施非常老，房間有點黴味，其他都還好。昨天出疆，第二次入住。我的天！真的是我入疆半月來，住得最垃圾的了！整個房間都是下水道的臭味，加價或者降檔次給我換個房間也不行。解決方案是給我一瓶空氣清新劑，這都能理解。我們房間也沒有礦泉水，和前台説，他説別人都有你們怎麼沒有呢？後來答應了説給我們拿上來，到第二天水都沒能拿來。。第二天八點四十左右去看過一次早餐（早餐時間是7：30—9：30），發現沒有了，本來要走了，然後九點的時候朋友去問前台説是能退早餐錢，但是要問經理，經理説是早餐沒準備夠，現在準備好了，可以去吃了，結果去還是那樣，然後那個前台説這不能吃嗎？那個菜，全是冷的就算了，花菜衹有一點碎，稀飯衹有湯，豆腐塊衹有一塊是完整的，豆芽衹有兩三口。最後也沒退早餐錢，因為他們説這也能吃。我們自己不吃。真的，最差的一次體驗，有這個錢還不如去市中心那邊的酒店。
