Cosy hotel .The deluxe garden view room was tidy, nice, clean but no beautiful garden (void area) on this time we stay. Breakfast was ok, but not too much options. I have a compliment with food&beverage staff on 11th floor on morning-friendly , and beef noodle ( phở bò sốt vang)- tasty. One thing I was really disappointed there - customer services at front desk. The front desk clerk girl in the morning, who never have smiles, irritable face. I wonder if I bothered her??? The second thing which made me give the hotel 2 star rating. When I check out, I requested to leave our luggages, It will be have no problem if when We came back to take it. We request to her “ Could I take our luggages ?” - HER RESPOND to my question with a curt answer and NO service : “ Go inside and take it” . She means we have to GO INSIDE THE FRONT DESK COUNTER and take it back ??? I really don’t understand because she is working in a hotel and travel environment - A CUSTOMER SERVICE ENVIRONMENT. I have a advice to manage and GM if you wanna become a great hotel, professional service , Note and focus on the smallest details. One more small thing, the house keeping supervisor should double check more carefully for hotel directory

Our group have 20 people with differenf nationality. Welcoming was a bit hassle. We have to wait about 40 minutes to get all room even though we arrive hotel around 2pm. Neutral breakfast but over crowded. It was a bit colder than I expect. Hotel locate in the hill that have overview to Tam Dao which is very beautiful. Many restaurants near by - highly recommend fish hot pot. Walking distance to famous Cathedral Cleanliness is acceptable, old fashion room
