Amazing Hotel Sapa

It was advertised as premium when I booked, but the actual experience was utterly terrible. Firstly, the hotel is very old and rundown, with paint peeling from the walls in several spots. The sound insulation was terrible; conversations from the hallway were clearly audible. By 8 AM, it was incredibly noisy outside, sounding like construction work. The moment I swiped my card and stepped into the room, I was hit by a repulsive odor. The room reeked so badly that I dared not close the window at night. The toilet was awkwardly located right behind the bathroom door; you couldn't even sit on it unless the door was completely closed. Disposable slippers were also missing. What they called a 'king-size bed' was just two single beds pushed together, creating an uncomfortable gap in the middle, making it very difficult to sleep comfortably with a child. Overall, it was an extremely poor experience, and I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

The location is a bit tucked away, and the parking is quite a walk from the hotel. The soundproofing is poor, and all the hotel facilities are old and run-down. On the positive side, the service quality is decent, and the staff are very helpful.
