"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sapa Square. We booked two Superior rooms but there was a commotion when we arrived (not the hotel’s fault) and they were not able to assist us right away. To make up for that very little invonvenience, they upgraded one of our rooms to junior suite which was really nice of them. The rooms we stayed in were clean, with intercom, complete toiletries, fresh linen, with slippers and bathrobes, the beds were firm, the, pillows were  soft and comfortable.There were also complimentary bottled water and coffee, and there were mini bar, coffee maker and electric kettle. The rooms came with free buffet breakfast for two. We stayed at room 320 (junior suite) and room 301 (superior room) The hotel is centrally located and sits right across the Sun Plaza where the station to Fansipan is located. It is very convenient and everythig is accessible, from souvenirs to food stalls to bars and restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a wonderful one-night stay at KK Sapa Hotel and were thoroughly impressed from the moment we arrived. We reached Sapa early in the morning around 7 AM, well before the standard 2 PM check-in time. The staff, particularly Kevin, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He kindly allowed us to relax in the VIP lounge on the 15th floor and even use the swimming pool to freshen up after our journey – a true lifesaver when traveling with kids! Kevin’s service was truly outstanding; he was attentive, friendly, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and conveniently located – just nearby the popular Moana Sapa photo spot and only a 10-minute walk to the city center. The buffet breakfast was a highlight: absolutely delicious with a wide variety of mouthwatering options to start the day right. Although we booked a family room without a mountain view, the panoramic vistas from the VIP lounge on the 15th floor were simply superb, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys. This is an outstanding hotel in Sapa, especially recommended for families with children. Highly recommend KK Sapa Hotel for anyone visiting – we’ll definitely return!"

"The size of room is big. There are 2 swimming pool where 1 is at rooftop (not heated) but nice view and other at level 1 which is heated. There is also small gym. There are no water cooler at sight. The selection of breakfast is good. They gave us surprise for our honeymoon trip as shown. Location is generally near the church."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It’s in a perfect location — right in the main Sapa area, close to shops, cafes, and popular spots. The place is very clean, from the lobby to the rooms, and everything feels well taken care of. The breakfast buffet was also a nice touch, with plenty of choices to start the day right. I also appreciate that they have an elevator, which makes moving around so much easier. Overall, a great experience and definitely a hotel I’d recommend to anyone visiting Sapa!"

"Everything is good. Near the Sapa Night Market, mart, but to go Sun Plaza/ city , you have to walk about 10-15 minutes..provide heater, the mattress is comfort."

"DeLaSol Sapa Hotel is perched on a hillside, offering breathtaking views. On clear days, you can even see the peak of Mount Fansipan from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with large, comfortable beds and a private balcony to enjoy the scenic beauty. The amenities include a bathtub and a cozy living area, making your stay even more relaxing. The breakfast is outstanding—international style with a wide variety of options such as fresh bread, eggs, fruits, and especially delicious fresh vegetables. The hotel is within walking distance of the Fansipan cable car station, and many cafes and restaurants surround the area. One small downside is that the hotel is on a one-way street, so vehicles might need to take a detour, but the stunning views more than make up for it. It's also a stamp point for Sapa's travel stamp collection, and you can buy the stamp book right at the hotel. While not all staff speak fluent English, some do try their best to communicate and provide helpful service. โรงแรมเดอลาซอล ซาปา (DeLaSol Sapa) ตั้งอยู่บนเนินเขา ทำให้มองเห็นวิวสวยตระการตา โดยเฉพาะถ้าวันไหนอากาศดีจะสามารถมองเห็นยอดเขาฟานซีปันได้อย่างชัดเจน ห้องพักกว้างขวาง เตียงขนาดใหญ่ นอนสบาย มีระเบียงส่วนตัวให้ได้นั่งชมวิวแบบใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ ภายในห้องยังมีอ่างอาบน้ำและห้องนั่งเล่นเพิ่มความสะดวกสบาย อาหารเช้าจัดเต็มมาก เป็นแบบนานาชาติ มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ทั้งขนมปัง ไข่ ผลไม้ รวมถึงผักสดที่รสชาติดี เดินจากโรงแรมไปสถานีรถกระเช้าฟานซีปันได้ไม่ไกล รอบๆ โรงแรมมีร้านอาหารและคาเฟ่ให้นั่งชิลหลายร้าน ข้อเสียเล็กน้อยคือโรงแรมอยู่บนถนนวันเวย์ ทำให้การนั่งรถมาอาจต้องอ้อมบ้าง แต่ก็ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับวิวที่สวยมาก ที่นี่ยังเป็นหนึ่งในจุดแสตมป์ของซาปา นักท่องเที่ยวสามารถซื้อสมุดสะสมแสตมป์ได้จากที่โรงแรม พนักงานบางคนสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ไม่คล่องนัก แต่มีความตั้งใจและพยายามให้บริการอย่างเต็มที่"

"We stayed 3 nights in the Grand Room with Mountain View during the winter season. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There is hot water available 24/7 to warm our souls in the cold weather. The huge bath tub was also a bonus. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush/paste and bedroom slippers are also provided. The location of the hotel is superb. Sun Plaza is probably 7 to 8 mins walk away from the hotel (with some slope going up) but it is very manageable. There are many outdoor gear shops, good restaurants and massage parlours around the area and within walking distance (some as close as 1 to 2 mins of walking). Breakfast is served in typical buffet style and included some local dishes. Nothing very fancy but definitely good enough to fill your stomachs. The infinity pool is just right beside the restaurant and offers a very good view of the mountains. The hotel staff are all very friendly and the front desk speaks perfect english. They are always ready to serve your needs and you can arrange tours/spas with them. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth every penny spent and we would definitely recommend it!"

"Hotel is new and clean, feels welcoming. Love the lobby design and setting. Basic amenities provided (no body lotion). No pool and gym, only got spa/massage/sauna (though I didnt use). Drinking water is replenished - 2 bottles only per day. Location is pretty central too."

"The hotel is conveniently located to travelers, with easy access to do food trips nearby, souvenir shops and walkable to Sapa Station on way to Fansipan destination. Selena is a very gracious staff who made our stay smooth and hassle free, she handled buying tickets for our trips to Fansipan, Cat cat Village, Moana, Glass Bridge and provided a comfy van rental service. Food at the hotel’s resto are affordable and delicious as well. Everyone is accommodating, efficient and friendly. We highly recommend a stay at Sapa Centre Hotel."
