A bit of a run down place. No attempt of the town to pick up trash that was everywhere. Service in restaurant very bad.

The hotel rooms are clean, with good beds and air conditioning . The wifi is spotty and not good for work. The pool is nice. The restaurant service and quite of food is terrible. Had bugs in the food, long waits and terrible food. Eat down on beach at palapas.

I had heard many opinions about this hotel and I think it is very overrated. The quality-price ratio is not worth it. It is a beautiful, comfortable hotel and already, they told me the best in Puerto Arista and no, it is not. It has space (games) for children, somewhat worn out by use and perhaps that is why families prefer it. If you are not going with children there are better options.

We would have expected more for the price. The facility is older and overall in a mediocre condition.
Bathroom very small and worn. Restaurant also prices too high for what you get. We also found it strange that we were asked to pay half of the amount the day before our arrival, with the balance to be paid at check-in.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the hotel at all.
