Nice and clean hotel. Walking distance to Train station and airport express bus. Surrounding you can find a lot of restaurants, family marts, pharmacyand cafes. Close to the shopping area too. Re book another trip this Jan 25.

Shinjuku station is crazy messy so it was tough to find our way especially when there were exits that weren’t open. Nonetheless the location is alright, easy walk to Klook Fuji day trip pick up points. Many food options near the hotel and short walk to the busy nightlife areas but not our cup of tea. Room is very basic with an air conditioning system that I didn’t really understand. Nonetheless sufficient for most. You’ll have trouble with a large suitcase.

Price are reasonable with good location, 5 minutes walk to train station and 2 minutes walking distance to shopping street.

Generally well kept and clean. Quiet with ok sized room. Those with larger luggage will struggle to open and unpack/repack.
Bathroom is a good size but is retrofitted as a 'step-up' bathroom where the whole bathroom is raised off and above the room height. So those with mobility or issues with steps will want to avoid this. Bath is decent size and is nice enough to soak for up to 1.7-1.8m tall person.

We totally love MyStays Shinjuku Hotel! They provided pyjamas (changed daily), daily housekeeping (full or environmentally friendly choices), coffee maker with free coffee capsules, etc.
Located near 2 Tokyo Metro Stations (Shinjuku Nishiguchi (Oedo line) or Nishi-Shinjuku (Marunouchi line) which are only 5-8 mins walk away.
Staffs were friendly and helpful. We checked in around 3am with no issues. Will definitely stay here again next time in Tokyo.
I’m also very happy coz I got such a good rate from Trip.com (35% cheaper!) when I booked this 20m2 room ~3 months ahead. Thank you!

Hotel MyStays Shinjuku was decent but didn’t quite exceed expectations. The location was convenient, with easy access to transport and attractions. However, the rooms felt a bit dated, and the service was average. It’s a solid choice for a basic stay, but nothing extraordinary stood out. Rooms are small.
