We wish there was one more table and chair available. Other than that it was very clean, lots of supplies like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels. Very close and walkable to Tokorozawa station and restaurants. We would stay there again thank you.

Everything was perfect! Only one thing bothered me was hair dryer was weak lol but I’d stay again !

The room was clean and well equipped.
Unfortunately, there were no tea leaves.
The negative point was that there was only one comforter and one morph and it was cold.
It's a shame that it's far from the coin parking.
I think it's a good place to stay cheaply with your family.

まずはお値段が安かった！
施設は新しくはないが、キチンと手入れしてあって清潔感がありました。連絡もメールで過不足なく行えました。リモートでのチェックインでしたが案内も詳しかったのでスムーズに出来ました。機会があればまた利用したいです。

とても清潔にしてあり、家族で心地よい時間を過ごせました！
担当の方の対応も良く、質問にも迅速に答えていただき、近くの駐車場やコンビニの位置も丁寧に教えていただきました。
3泊4日でいましたが、我が家かってくらい快適に過ごせました。
ベッドの寝心地最高！ 毎晩ぐっすりです。
改善してほしいことは、2点。
暖房はずっとつけていましたが、家の作りが問題なのか、なかなか効き目がありません。
寒くて、床もいつまで経っても冷たく、ハイハイの娘は手足がキンキンに冷えてしまいました。
あとは、ご厚意でおいて頂いたお菓子。
お掃除グッズの中にストックが入っていたのを発見してしまいました。
食べ物とお菓子のストックは分けて欲しかったです。
