My room was comfortable, clean and fully stock up with fresh towels. Coffee station in lobby and in room as well, with small fridge, and microwave. Stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the compliment A la Carte breakfast. Day one breakfast wide variety of choices were different from day two (not the same old) The staff member in the breakfast room was outstanding. She was friendly and accommodating and mention she made the bake (local bread) on Sunday's menu choices. It was delicious. My stay at Holiday Inn Express was a good way to finish my business/vacation 4 day trip to Trinidad. Will be Back! Must give recognition to the desk staff who rescued me when I call around midnight from another hotel, where I was booked and arrived at that hotel around midnight and was totally disappointed with the Hotel. Me to the Holiday Inn front desk on the phone ”I badly need a room, please call a taxis to come and get me now - ”rescue me please' I said. Within 10 mins a taxis came to get me and he checked me in. Great customer care - Great Service! thank you.

Brilliant short stay. I really appreciated the checkout time of 1pm. Unlike most hotels you have to check out by 10am-11am. Shame we missed the paid breakfast. No one at check in advised us the process of pre ordering breakfast so thar was disappointing. The noise from next door was very loud so walls are very thin. Didn't get much sleep then was woken up by workers who was doing work on hotel. If you can stay elsewhere I would recommend to get a decent night's sleep

We stayed at this hotel for our Anniversary and my wife's birthday. When we entered the compound we felt the warmth and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely curteous, the food was delectable and filling, the room was clean and comfortable. We even had the opportunity to have brunch at the 360° restaurant which was a breath taking experience. We will certainly recommend the Raddisons Hotel and we will be coming back. We will like to say a special thanks to Natasha, Maurisa (manager), Karisa, Antonia, Camile, Anna, Kevin at the bar and Omattie Supervisor. Thank you all for making our Special weekend a memorable one.
