地理位置方便,酒店門口即是海河，步行即可到達天津之眼摩天輪。前台服務熱情態度好，有求必應。硬件也不錯，花灑水壓很足，配備了智能馬桶，電視挺大的，還可以投屏。機器人送東西很有意思。唯獨早餐仍有進步空間，若早餐品類能增加，並且在房間增設迷你吧必然是錦上添花。希望酒店能繼續保持高水準，越做越好，以後有機會再來天津旅遊，還會繼續入住！！！總體來説，性價比不錯，絕對是非常好的酒店！

一次不錯的入住體驗，房間乾淨整潔，配套設施齊全，服務員態度好，離天津之眼步行幾百米就到了，去別的玩兒的地方也很方便，下次去天津還住他家！👍

今天已經退房離開啦，這次五一出遊能入住鉑萃真的是太太太太太幸運的選擇了。
酒店交通超級便利，出門就是海河可以看到天津眼，晚上從路邊走吹着微風超級愜意，交通真的太便利了，從天津站打車到這裏10分鐘左右（價格大約13）早上打車到西北角早市也是十來分鐘（10元左右的打車費），晚上走路到附近的景點都很近很近，文化街和天津之眼都是走路就能到。
酒店設施更不用説了，都很新，房間寬敞明亮而且很大，空調非常好用，廁所洗澡房乾濕分離，馬桶也很高級，真的是非常好的入住體驗！酒店電視可以支持投頻，最神奇的一個設計是從廁所是剛好可以完全看到電視的哈哈哈哈哈哈哈上廁所也不耽誤追劇追綜藝！！！
酒店的工作人員也很專業貼心又讓人放心，熱心幫忙解決問題，即使五一期間很忙碌，也總是很耐心的幫忙解決！
可惜忘記拍酒店房間照片了！發幾張大堂吧！！下次來天津我肯定還選擇這裏！！

酒店地理位置優越，離天津之眼步行幾分鐘。酒店最大優勢是有內部停車場，這在天津可太必要了。離幾個商圈和景點都不遠，緊挨海河。前台和主管服務非常到位，積極解決問題，房間乾淨整潔。早餐豐富。果斷續住，還會繼續回訪。

酒店位置絕佳，就在海河邊上，左手是獅子林橋，右手是天津之眼。我們帶了兩個小孩子到店比較晚，前台服務給我們升級了景觀房，看夜景絕佳，整個房間都是智能控制，酒店還有健身房，瑜伽房和洗衣房，很方便。

房間舒適現代，設施齊全；服務貼心周到，有禮有度；小度智能控制帶來不少方便，無論商務出行還是家庭聚會都適宜；專用停車場也很便利。地理位置優越，望窗外是春日下波光粼粼的海河，出酒店去往景區或商業區都是咫尺之遙。很喜歡的現代感酒店👍

房間設施：床品還可以，房間選的景觀房，臨街晚上比較吵，入住第一天由於房間隔音不好，隔壁住客用公放循環播放歌曲，音量較大，凌晨三點多才被迫停止。房間的光源設計也有些不合理，閲讀照明過於多，控制開關比較少。雖然是4月底，房間西曬比較熱，被子是羽絨被，晚上衹能開空調，冰箱也是噪音太大。衞生真的可以再細緻些，坐便器的智能衹能沖不能洗，衞生間的騷氣味兒巨大。酒店沒什麼環境，就是和隔壁同等價位的酒店共用一個餐廳，早餐一般，酒店就一部電梯，上下都需要等候多時。酒店不提供牙刷牙膏等一次性用品，服務很好，有問題都可以得到解決。
