Located in the city point of Keningau, nearby with RHB bank, 7 eleven, self service laundry and food stalls. Fast check in and out services. No deposit required. Front desk receptionist friendly and helpful. I stay in Executive room with bathtub, bed king size is so comfortable and clean. The room spacious but not sound proof. Plenty of public parking nearby this hotel and FREE. Breakfast provided A-la carte only and can choose one food per person. Food just nice. Drink provided only coffee and tea only.

The Hotel is well furnished and the staff are well trained. In all my interactions with the staff I have found them to be professional and courteous. As I am in a quarantine room the meals are provided in a plastic box and arrive fairly cold, however I understand that it is logistically impossible to provide steaming hot food to each room. The food is quite tasty inspite of the temperature. Amenities are ver good.

Some improvement needed in Room Cleaning, stickers on shower wall left by previous guests still seen in Room 206. The Television has no reception and toilet seat cover is faulty in Room 206. Shower pressure is low and inconsistent in Room 201. Breakfast did not offer much varieties. Had lunch at the HornBill, food was delicious though !! Many swimmers in the pool are not with proper attire but in their home clothes..maybe its the local trend?? Beringgis Beach Resort & Spa is a beautiful resort fronting the South China Sea full of activities along the beach. However we find it very hectic to carry our baggages down two flights of stairs followed by dragging them along the pathway to our room. Surely be great help if there is a trolley ramp or Porters to assist !!!

I've stayed here and book a hall for my cousin birthday celebration. Doesn't expect their hall quiet big and can make a wedding here. The location quiet strategic , the centre of the town,where all the place just a walking distance.

We booked 2 superior king room for our family trip to Labuan when we reached the hotel. We compared the price with the hotel offer price but still trip. com apps offered the best price 3-5min drive from ferry terminal Free parking available in front of the hotel Very clean hotel & super big king size bed Breakfast - not many choices but still we enjoyed it Walking distance to nearby eateries & very safe area Nearby have few self service laundry shop

Nice hotel in Labuan. Just as I expected from the photos on Trip.com, except the swimming pool images must have been taken with a wide angle lens as it was smaller than I thought. Good breakfast. Helpful staff and a very nice location.

The hotel services are tip-top…clean and comfort! Nearby shop and restaurant so easy to find food and things

This is my first stay at AZ Hotel. I used to stay at Labuan Point Hotel near the Labuan mosque. The wife n me comes to Labuan often to golf at Labuan International Golf Club n the very challenging 9 hole Labuan Golf Club. This hotel impressed me immediately. The bed was king size n the decor was minimalist n comfortable. Wifi in the room is very good. Its cheaper than the Labuan point hotel. There is ample facilities such as a mini bar,a safe,a TV n a good view out of the window. There are good restaurants at the lobby floor n good perfume shop as well. Night entertainment spots n lounges is just par 4 n par 5 away.There is a super market just across the road from the hotel in case u needed snacks or toothpaste etc. On the whole very impressive at a good price.i would have stated 5 stars but for a burnt out lamp at the dressing table!!! Highly recommended hotel for a comfortable stay in Labuan. Frank C
