Left something behind in the room and sent two emails to enquire but gotten no reply till today. Though it was not something expensive, it would have been greatly appreciated if someone would bother to reply.

我喜歡電暖爐提起來電暖爐，還會自動斷電，過熱的時候也會自動斷電，這個很像電風扇的電暖爐，很好用，而且很快就讓身體有溫度
我很喜歡我弟弟的國中朋友他是獨生子，看起來不像是媽寶，又是我喜歡的類型，是花椰菜…，我有去淺草寺拜拜過……去過S cafe好幾趟和樓上的業務部門晃過，也在那裡上過好幾次洗手間

房間境色開揚，黃昏至晚上時看到月亮，景色優美
有免費泊車
浴室雖然比較舊，但清潔度不錯
早餐食物種類少，熱食不夠熱，但服務很好

1.門口的服務人員做自己的事，完全沒在引導
2.櫃檯服務人員服務態度極差。
3.五星級飯店借不到手機充電器，還是員工拿私人的。
4.網路上及領到的房卡寫12點退房，但是到現場告訴你11點退房，並且說退房時間以他們櫃檯為主
5.找不到客服經理，因為永遠都在開會
6.早餐也不告知只到9:30，早上8:30吃早餐一坐下來，告知要收了
7.若是在意品質的，訂房之前三思，畢竟一晚要5千多唷。
